We had the opportunity to work with Nick and his team at Calder Custom Building and it was a smooth and effortless as any construction project I've been involved with over 35 years of putting together custom residential projects. Nick is super thorough in his pre-construction budgeting and constructability assessments, bringing tons of value to the project before the drawings are even complete. Once the project was handed over to Calder Custom Building construction went exactly as planned. Nick kept the job moving, kept the job site clean and organized, kept on budget. We plan to use Calder Custom Building as often in the future as possible.
