We had an outstanding experience with Cannelli Constructions! GianFranco and the entire crew were very nice through the entire process. Our home project was extensive and complex, involving the addition of new bathrooms, a mini kitchen/breakfast bar, front covered porch, back cover porch and an office on top of it that could be accessed from the 2nd floor. Despite the scale, they handled everything well. The crew they had were very good in everything they did. We made several changes and additions along the way, and they managed all the updates seamlessly. The pricing was really good and they helped in achieving everything we envisioned. The renovation was so seamless that even our friends and guests couldn’t tell where the updates began. When shopping around for contractors, the common refrain was keeping our expectations low. "Contractors don't provide updates. You can't get them on the phone." "Workers don't show up when they're supposed to," they said. I'm so pleased that this was not our experience with Canelli Construction. They really are a cut above the rest. Once we agreed to the project and permits were approved, Douglas shared a clear schedule and communicated with us every step of the way. He always kept us apprised of when inspectors were coming, what work was being completed that day, and more. The workers are professional, courteous, kind, and neat. I want to give special praise to Manuel and Luis for the kitchen installation and painting, as well as to Juan for his meticulous tile work. They are absolutely wonderful, and we deeply appreciate their skill and hard work. The finished product is beautiful, and we are so proud of our home. He took on my duplex renovation project which was in need of an experienced General Contractor and patiently worked with me through the issues we experienced with some of our subcontractors to ensure we passed all of our inspections. His honesty to ensure we were doing everything by code or above code truly demonstrated to me his integrity and professionalism to do the BEST job for me! Canelli Construction was very great to work with in terms of helping me as a first time rehabbed. I worked with Douglas. He walked me through the process and even provided some guidance for me on color and flooring. I can't thank Canelli and Douglas for everything they did for me. I had a covered patio built with a provision to hang a daybed swing. Happy with the quality materials and attention paid to making it a strong structure. No corners were cut. Any logistical or weather related delays were promptly communicated and an updated schedule was provided. I built the swing myself without much experience and Mr. Canelli went out of his way to provide me with feedback and ideas even though this wasn’t part of his contract. While the contract included only installing the screw hooks, he also went a step further to help me hang the daybed swing.
