The company specializes in building New Homes, Custom Homes and Home Remodels servicing homeowners and businesses. Kevin has developed a passion for building new homes and remodeling homes where he brings an amazing flare to his projects, which is why his Clients love him and his team. With over 10 years construction experience, he has developed his skills and become a major force in the construction industry within our communities. Kevin believes that building and remodeling a home is similar to the character of a person in that “to build you, you first have to pull back layers to uncover what is underneath, then you are able to fix the foundation for the rest of the story to be told.” Kevin believes that construction should be more than just the product, that it should also be about the Client and what “HOME” means to them. It has been a horrible experience. Do not use capital development. As soon as they get your money they don't care about you. The owner will lie about everything.Horrible work done by the owner of the company himself. FRP was installed multiple times wrong. He also grinded and polished my floors so bad that they were not able to be fixed. He also used a sealer that is only supposed to be used outside on a restaurant. It caused major issues for both neighboring stores. This is a warning do not use. I can go on and on about how many things were done wrong. Many more complaints will be coming from unhappy clients in the Future

Capital Development is by far the best option in Metro Atlanta for home improvement and custom home models. Kevin and his staff does absolutely amazing work and are so experienced in custom designs and remodeling. I recently had Capital Development build a wooden bar for my outdoor patio and the results were amazing. They were so professional and were awesome to work with and brought my image of my patio bar to life. 10/10 experience!!

Kevin really strives for perfection, it’s no wonder he has already won an award for builder of the year. This guy is like bob the builder on steroids. In all seriousness, our new house needed serious remodeling and my wife and I were really struggling and anxious to find the right guy. Kevin popped out of nowhere like an angel and finished our project ahead of schedule and didn’t leave until we were fully satisfied. He is seriously taking his corporation to something great and i’m just glad we caught him at the right time.
