Capuano Construction

Capuano Construction upgraded two bathrooms in our house over the course of 2016. We got several estimates, and they were all around the same price. We chose Capuano Construction because of our interactions with Mike and his team. Both of our projects involved complete tear out of the existing bathroom, redesign of the layout, and reconstruction from scratch. The greatest compliment I can give is that we honestly had no evidence of the construction in the rest of our house. I have done a lot of my own projects, and I have employed a handful on contractors over time. This group was by far the cleanest I have ever employed. I honestly don't know how you demolish an entire bathroom without leaving a speck of dust somewhere in the rest of the house, but somehow they managed to do just that. The quality of work is excellent. Many details have been noticed and pointed out by friends and family that have looked at the work. My father-in-law noticed two very minor details in very remote parts of the bathroom and commented that it takes a special person to put in that type of effort. I think the greatest compliment that I can pay is not only that Mike Capuano is a good, genuine person, but that he employs people that are just good people. There was not a single person - carpenter, electrician, plumber, floor specialist, tile specialist, designer - that was not a truly nice, helpful, friendly, and open person. I like to do a lot of small jobs myself, and all of them were not only very happy to discuss the project with me, but all of them were happy to share tips, hints, and wisdom of their trade. (Honestly, I asked every single one of them at least one question about a better way to do something that I would do myself.) Capuano Construction will be the first company that I call any time I have a home project that I cannot, or don't want to, do myself.

Mike and Capuano Construction were an Amazing Team to work with!! I had two jobs that were difficult to navigate through and Mike and his team made the process as seamless as possible!! Highly Recommend!!
