Carbon County Installations

We built a new home and moved in the weekend before Christmas 2020. They did all my flooring and a shower. Right away we noticed a shower tile angled incorrectly causing the bathroom to flood. They came and fixed it and then that same tile did not adhere causing it to leak and come up in my brand néw home. Now they will not call me back or text back. My builder also tried to contact them to no avail. Once they were paid in full they will not warrant there work I even have text in the begging saying they would come fix it but now they basically blocked me and my builder

I have had the WORST experience with Carbon County Installations. We spent $10,000 of our hard earned money on our bathroom remodel. The workmanship was sloppy and careless. I am still having orphans getting trim, fixtures, and the shower door to fit properly as the floor wasn't leveled and the tiles don't lay flat. The are so unprofessional that they won't answer my phone calls or call me back to discuss the issues. we started with CCI the beginning of October, it's now almost Christmas, I am 6 months pregnant and have nothing but stress and anxiety over this whole project. I am so disappointed and hope this review helps to insure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
