Cardinal Builders, LLC

Cardinal builders madeover our bathrooms. We had gotten water damage all the way to the support beams in one bathroom and it required a full gutting of the floors and some walls. They identified all problem areas and fixed them correctly and did so in a fast manner. They didn't lounge around or take many breaks, they kept working and put in full days. The bathrooms now look great and we couldn't be happier.

These are really nice, honest, reliable and conscientious people to work with. They do what they promise to do, and are careful to get your instructions right. I will use them again.

We hired Cardinal Builders for several jobs in our home to include removal of popcorn ceilings and refurbishing our hardwood floors and fireplace. They did a phenomenal job! The floors look amazing! They far exceeded our expectations. Michael is very professional and made sure we were not only satisfied but happy with their work. We are ecstatic! Rudy did an awesome job on the fireplace. It looks like we have a new house and we love it! They take pride in their work and that means so much to us. From personal experience, it's not an easy thing to find these days. I hired Cardinal Builders to build a concrete landing off of my rear deck stairs. I was very satisfied. The work was performed on time. The was done with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. And Michael followed up repeatedly the following week, making sure we were satisfied and that the work was done to our satisfaction. Today, when hiring contractors, it is very much hit and miss that the work gets done on time--and quality? well, that is something that is largely lost in the building trades today. I was thrilled with the follow-up. I watched Michael build a fence for a neighbor and saw what kind of care he put into the construction. He used screws on the entire job. Most contractors use nails because they want to get it done as fast as possible. Michael took the extra time to insure the extra quality with screws. I know of three other neighbors who hired Cardinal Builders for jobs as a result of Cardinal doing my work for me. Actually, I just hired them again for another project! You never have to worry. They are trustworthy and honest and Michael's craftsmanship is unmatched out there.

In my 35 years of home ownership and hiring sublet workers, I have never had as good an experience as I have with Mike and his wife. When my wife texted me when they were done and said "they did a great job" I knew I was going to be pleased when I got home and I was. The quote was extremely fair, the work is absolutely perfect, and it was done 1 day ahead of schedule. In addition, the clean up after the job (ceiling drywall) was excellent. The estimate was thorough and Mike was beyond knowledgeable. I will be using them for everything I need in the future.
