My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent renovations completed on our home by Case’s Renovations Ltd and highly recommend them. The extent of work included new kitchen counter tops/back splash; complete renovation of the master bathroom; all floors stripped to sub floor/retiled; replaced rear deck; and repaired siding around a window. The process began with the initial consultations where Charlie Dyer listened to our thoughts, made suggestions and quickly provided us with an excellent game plan. The subsequent floor plan, coupled with his itemized quote were exact to the point where we knew what we could expect and when. While there were a couple of last minute enhancements to the project, the final cost came under the initial quote and the $500 Military discount was well appreciated. Charlie was excellent to work with throughout this project and with his excellent contacts within the industry, we realized savings on many items including our quartz counter tops. Shien’s suggestions before ordering resulted in us receiving greater value for better quality floor tiles and bathroom fixtures. Now to the professional team of tradesmen who made it all come to fruition. The respective crews not only produced a high quality of work, they remained friendly, funny and accommodating even as we were often under foot. We bought our lake house in July 2019 with the expectation that it would be a major project that I would complete over time by doing the bulk of the work myself, with the "big stuff" being handled by a general contractor. We discovered Case's Renovations through Houzz.com and were impressed by the positive reviews. We interviewed Charlie at the project site and felt very confident in selecting him for the job. Not long into the project, major health issues required us to change our plan, and suddenly the scope of work we needed Case's to do increased significantly. Throughout the very large project Charlie and his team were a delight to work with. Charlie was adept at understanding (and often anticipating) our needs as the project evolved. His accessibility, professionalism, and integrity combined with his friendly and sincere style really helped with successfully navigating the inevitable challenges that such a large renovation project present. This renovation was complex and had a lot of moving parts, and we are impressed with the result the Case's team achieved for us. We are more than thrilled with the end result and are loving life at the lake. It was a long journey, and looking back we definitely feel we made the right choice in selecting Case's Renovations to handle our project, and without hesitation recommend them to those looking to hire a general contractor to help bring their vision and dream to reality.

Our project consisted of a garage floor system made up of laminated 2x4 wood construction supported by wood floor beams and wood posts. The floor system required upgrading necessary to meet current standards identified in an engineer's review. Relying on Charlie Dyer's years of experience and knowledge, a workable plan was developed. The job was carried out by skilled workers who were committed to delivering a quality job. I would not hesitate to recommend Case's Renovations.

Case's recently completed major renovation and repair to our home. The work was professionally done with an impressive outcome, and on budget. The Project Manager and crew were very considerate of our concerns and went out of their way in dealing with sub contractors and suppliers to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. Case's has completed a number of jobs on our properties so we were not surprised with the quality of outcome once again. They have always stood behind their 5 year warranty with no hesitancy. I hired Case's to install new frost protected footings on a screened-in deck. The job was completed on time and on budget, the quality of the work was top notch, and the work crew were great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company to others interested in a home renovations project.

If you look through the project albums of Case's Renovations Ltd, "The Study" and "Rad Pad" are both in my home! I enjoyed working with Rob and his team on this project along with Lori Clarke Interiors. They were professional and did great work, on time! Case's hired subcontractors as required and managed their work as well. They were easy and cooperative to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Case's or to use them for future projects in my home.

In 2 occasion I've hired Case's Renovation's to do work at my place. First it was to remove 2 sky lights and fix the roof and ceiling. The other occasion it was to fix some insulation above a bay window. So minor job but enough to recommend them to friends and co-workers already. They are professional, well organized. The quote and the final price were very close, no surprise. I would not hesitate a minute to hire them again, any time.

The most recent project we had Cases for was to renovate a bathroom. We also had a laundry room constructed by them in 2015. I would recommend them to others to do work.

Case's Renovations was a well organized company which employed exceptional workers. They were always open to our questions and acted on any changes which we desired. The owner, Robert Case, was friendly and listened to our ideas and concerns. The quality of the construction was top notch and we are well satisfied with our addition. The work was done during the Spring of 2016 and the cost was within our expectations.

We had work done our deck and the job was completed on time and on budget. All workers with Cases are very professional and knowledgeable. This is the fourth time we have hired Cases. We have had major renovations done in the past and the work was top notch. That's why we call Cases.

Case's had previously renovated our kitchen, installed siding around the crawl space under the dining room, built a ramp for the dog, & hidden new furnace ductwork behind a bookshelf. This time they converted an unused room into a bathroom with laundry. It takes a while to get the job scheduled, but then they come when expected, clean up the site every night before leaving, & ask for approval before doing anything over the quoted estimate.

I hired Case's Renovations for the second time to replace and enlarge windows of our house. As before they provided excellent service and workmanship. What I like is that they are prepared to visit the site whenever required to confirm measurements or to modify the contract scope. Their quotations are fully detailed with price breakdowns allowing one to redefine the scope if necessary according to ones budget. They also provide detailed specifications so that there is no misunderstanding with regard to what is going to be installed. The work is done professionally and the final quality is excellent. When working inside the the house they ensure that all debris has been cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. Once they have scheduled a time slot they endeavour to complete the work as soon as possible. Generally they are an excellent contractor.

We hired Case's Renovations to do several things. We needed to replace our old wooden siding and add insulation to our walls and roof. Our heat bills were very high in the winter and we had an ice back up problem on one section of the roof. We also replaced our sagging garage with a smaller but sizeable storage shed. Rob Case was very professional and told us what he would do and when they planned to do it. They were always there when they said they would be and never gave the impression of rushing through our job to get to another. We always felt that our house was their number one priority. The people working for Case's were wonderful and we were very happy with the work. Our heating costs have been cut by 35% and we have received many compliments from friends about the appearance of our house. We would recommend Case's Renovations without hesitation

From initial contact to final cleanup, this crew operated in a professional and friendly manner. They were respectful of the home surroundings by protecting work areas as the projects evolved. On time and budget, the staff were able to accommodate our requests.

Over the past six years Case's Renovations gutted our old bathroom and completly re-modeled it, added a new exterior entry-way to the house, and kitchen cabinetry re-modeling as well as some minor repairs. In every instance we found the finished products up to and beyond our expectations. Costs for the renovations and repairs were always at or below the cost estimates. Case's workmanship is of the highest quality and we would not hestiate to recommend them to others.

The crew of Case's Renovations, with Rob as the coordinator, as Ben as the lead were MOST excellent. Their handiwork was very professional, and all those on site were polite, trustworthy and committed to excellence. I have and will continue to recommend this company both far and wide.
