CEM Construction LLC

We hired CEM Construction to do a kitchen renovation which required a build out of the back of the house and a complete overhaul of our master bedroom and bathroom. Owner Chris Miccolis provided a line item proposal that we could follow as the project rolled out (this was not the case with several other bidders). Chris and his sub contractors did a tremendous job in implementing our architect's design and solicited feedback throughout the job. We lived onsite during the job which was made bearable by Chris's outstanding workmen and subs who were extremely professional and considerate throughout this process. We were thrilled with the finished job. Chris isn't happy unless the client is happy and was always available for an evening meeting to review the project and next steps. He has an extensive portfolio of work and is equipped to handle unexpected surprises (which is common unless you are building a new home) and had some fantastic suggestions for a mud room which hadn't been part of the design but is in constant use.
