CHASE HOMES

CHASE HOMES is a custom home building company located in Tyler, Texas. It is a husband wife collaboration, led by builder Chase Williams and designer Whitney Williams. Chase and Whitney met in 2008 while attending the University of Texas at Tyler. While finishing his degree in industrial safety, Chase began working alongside his future father in law, David Humphrey of Johnson Humphrey Homes, and got his first introduction into the building business. After Chase graduated with his bachelors degree in industrial safety, he began work in the oil and gas industry. Whitney graduated with her bachelors of science in nursing and began working as a registered nurse. Chase and Whitney built several houses during this time, and after many late night discussions decided to go all in creating CHASE HOMES. CHASE HOMES blends modern and traditional style, bringing fresh ideas to custom homes around the Tyler area. Chase and Whitney both work closely with clients throughout the entire project. Chase, as the contractor, oversees the entire construction project. Whitney, as the designer, assists clients with all interior and exterior design choices. Their goal is to create a seamless, stress free, timely building experience. Some of their work can be seen in developments such as Cook's Ranch, Villas of Hollytree, and Remington Park.
