We recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and main bathroom (yes at the same time!) with Chermark. This was our second time working with Mark and Cheryl, and they were our first and only call for this major renovation because we were so happy the first time we worked with them. Once again they did not disappoint. Mark and his team are amazing to work with. Excellent communication, always listened to my many questions and really made sure that we were happy with the results. A kitchen renovation can be really disruptive but they did their best to ensure we were not put out for long and really kept things moving. He was always available to answer questions and open to last minute changes, making some great recommendations of his own to amplify our new space. Mark and his team are exceptional when it came to getting our home addition done. It was daunting jumping through all of the hoops with the City of Hamilton to get a minor variance but Mark helped us through the process and really we moved forward with our addition because of him. Once the project started it was easy to see their attention to detail. They take their time and make sure the work is good instead of flying through the job to get to the next. He’s prices were also extremely reasonable. You won’t find this quality workmanship for the price anywhere else. I would recommend Chermark to everyone -Matt

This is not the first time Mark and his team have done a renovation for us, and as always we were not disappointed. We had our master bath bumped out into the bedroom to make room for a 43x64 custom shower and add a 72 in double sink vanity. All new tile and infloor heating. Mark and his team were meticulous and timely. Everything turned out exactly as we wanted. We also had a support post removed from the open concept main floor which required the installation of a large steel support beam. It made a huge difference to the sitelines and functionality of the room. Mark is always available for any questions or concerns and always makes sure everything is done to 100% of your satisfaction. We highly recommend Chermark for any of your renovations or new builds.

Mark and his team finished our basement for us this past fall, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Every contractor who came through our door as part of the project was courteous, professional, and did great work. The quality of their work cannot be overstated. No corners were cut, everyone was always happy to answer questions, and Mark was upfront and honest about everything. When we had small issues during the project, like drywall dust in the smoke detector or the vacuum tripping a breaker, someone was always at the house in short order to fix it. We would absolutely go back to Chermark Renovations to complete any future projects in our home, and we love our new basement!

We love our new bathroom! We hired Chermark Renovations to update our ensuite bathroom and we are absolutely thrilled with the transformation. Our original 90's bathroom was dated and small, with a separate tub and separate shower, and we wanted to maximize the space by adding more storage and a large walk-in shower. They demolished the existing shower and replaced it with a custom built-in open cabinet and removed the existing tub and created a walk in shower. The entire project went smoothly from start to finish. Mark and Trevor and their crew were amazing. They took care of every little detail and listened to our ideas as well as offering some of their own so that our new ensuite was exactly how we had envisoned it. Always professional and courteous, everyone involved were incredible and the pride of workmanship evident throughout. It is obvious they love what they do! I cannot say enough good things about Chermark Renovations! I highly recommend them for all your renovations needs. Chermark recently completed a basement renovation for me. This included a new washroom and kitchenette. I am over the moon with the final results. Their attention to detail and desire to ensure that you are fully satisfied is a ten out of ten! Their level of professionalism is extremely impressive in a day and age when this is very hard to find. Every tradesperson they brought in along the way also provided exemplary service. Friendly, affordable and always going the extra mile, we are extremely please with the end result and can't wait to use their services for future renos. Even my dog missed them when they were gone.

Mark and Trevor just completed a renovation of our family room at the end of November. Their attention to every detail was amazing. From the initial consultation to the final hanging of our pictures they informed and assisted us in every way. We were impressed with the high quality of their work. They not only did a great job they exceeded our expectations. We never could have imagined or envisioned that it would turn out looking so good. But Mark and Trevor knew and told us exactly what our choices were. Drywall and trim work look fantastic. They were very creative in designing an appealing looking and accessible electrical panel cover. Their experience and knowledge of renovations and remodeling were evident. They even silenced our squeaky steps! Mark had done a condominium kitchen for us in the past. He did a very professional job and we were pleased to have him back. We would recommend Chermark Renovations very highly.

I absolutely recommend Chermark Rennovations without hesitation! They are professional, trustworthy and their quality of work is excellent. Overall very pleasant and easy to work with, and communication was timely. Mark is very organized and coordinated all aspects of the construction well. He made suggestions for tweaks to the design along the way that improved the results. As the construction progressed, I opted to add some scope to the project, and he was very reasonable with respect to changes. My project included a new garage, expanded front entranceway and porch with an exterior facelift that completed transformed my home. I’ve received many compliments from everyone including neighbours and passersby that enjoyed watching the process unfold. I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely choose Chermark again for any future projects.

It is always with caution that we invite someone into our home to do renovations, but with Chermark Renovations our caution was soon replaced with complete confidence with Mark and his team. We had Mark renovate two of our bathrooms and we are very happy with how they turned out. Mark and his team put every detail into doing an outstanding job. We are so happy and relieved that we went with Chermark for our major home renovation. We are so pleased with the quality of work done. Mark, Gary and Brooke etc.. all worked so hard to make everything so beautiful. Rob (Brati cabinets) had great suggestions for our kitchen so that we could maximize our space and save money and he did and amazing job. We knew we were in good hands from day 1. It took quite a bit longer to complete the whole job than expected but it was well worth it in the end. We would definitely recommend Chermark to anyone looking to improve their home.
