Chisel & Tool designed and submitted plans for our ADU and they are the best in the business. We had a complicated design and approval process which other architects didn't even attempt to tackle. They fought for us when times of need because fire department wanted us to pay to install a fire hydrant in front of my house. Chisel & Tool went the extra mile to get water department involved and came to measure and prove that fire hydrant was not necessary. This would have derailed our ADU plan but Chisel & Tool took the extra effort to make sure we got our ADU plans approved. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Chisel & Tool. Excellent customer service and clear communication throughout our project. They helped us build a deck and it was completed in a timely way. The project team was organized and stayed in touch through WhatsApp. The costs were clearly shared down to the cent. The workers did great quality work. All in all, would recommend working with Isaac, William, and team!

We used Chisel and Tool to convert our garage into an ADU. We could not be happier the result. We found Isaac and William easy to work with. They were always responsive to our input and concerns. They handled all the permitting with the city and passed all inspections. One of the benefits of working with Chisel and Tool was that because they both design and build, we didn't have to be the middleman between architect and contractor.
