Vince, the owner, 1st reroofed our home but we wanted more... His company gave the exterior of our home a facelift. I am an architect although not practicing so I designed the remodel. The great thing about Vince is that he had great ideas about how to execute my design and was willing to think outside the box and work with me to accomplish what I had envisioned. We took down the top 6 or so courses of brick, added a stone ledge on top of the exposed course brick and then siding above that where we removed the brick. This made it possible to change the face of the garage and add box returns to the gable end. He installed half round guttering and rain chains. The house looks great and the price was reasonable. He is not the cheapest but he is not the most expensive and the quality of his work is worth the little extra above the cheapest. In addition to that Vince gives service after the sale if you have a problem he is prompt to help resolve the problem. We have additional remodel projects planned for the inside of our home and I would not even consider a different contractor. Another thing I like about Vince is that if he is not comfortable with what you want him to do he will be honest and say so instead of jumping into a project that will not turn out well. We have an interior remodel project with just that experience and after checking it out thoroughly with Vince we learned it would involve extensive structural reworking. Neither Vince nor us really wanted to tear into our house to that degree so we went back to the drawing board and came up with a more workable solution. Vince is helpful, pleasant to work with and his crew is clean, polite and good at their job.
