Mark Pasko, owner of Pasko Homes, is a contractor who my family and I have used on multiple occasions over the past 6 years. The work ranges from a new roof, a major remodel of a second home, a new movie theater room, a homework room for my kids and a wet bar. Mark is very easy to work with, from getting ideas, an even temperament and someone who pays attention to detail. The team that Mark has to work with is also excellent. From working with the foreman, to the painting team... all of the subs are both very professional and very friendly. As someone who works in the banking industry and deals with customers, I have a great appreciation for Mark's communication skills. Mark is not hesitant to pick up the phone and let you know if there is a better idea, a better way or sometimes even a better way that is cheaper. Mark truly wants what is best for his customer. I think three of the best compliments that I could pay Mark and Pasko Homes, is that I have used Pasko Homes multiple times, have referred Pasko Homes many times and I would use Pasko Homes for the next family project. We have utilized Pasko Homes for a whole-house renovation (2012) as well as a recent bid for another whole-house renovation (2016). Mark's pricing is always very competitive with other quality GCs, and our experience is that he delivers on time and on budget (something that is not always common in residential construction!). Of equal importance, his project management staff is professional and responsive while on the project and there is always a willingness to follow up on needs that may arise even after construction is completed. I have recommended and would again recommend Pasko Homes to anyone in the Charlotte area in need of a high-quality residential firm for their construction/design needs.

My favorite thing about Pasko Homes is not their end product (which is always Mac Daddy by the way) but it is their team of professionals that make the entire renovation process a success. I highly recommend!

Pasko Homes and Mark Pasko provided a wonderful building experience for our entire family. Mark helped us find the perfect piece of land, introduced us to a great architect, worked closely with our designer, and delivered a home that surpassed all our expectations. We completed a significant remodel and addition to our home. The project was quite extensive, and we chose to remain in our home for the majority of the remodel. Pasko did a very nice job ensuring the work provided as little disruption to our family as possible throughout the process. While there were certainly a few hiccups along the way (as there will always be in a remodel of this size), the Pasko team, particularly Patrick, was always available and always had a solution. There was very little down time throughout the project, and they finished very close to the original budget on both cost and time. We were very pleased with the finished product and often remark to ourselves how we can't even imagine our home prior to the remodel. I would recommend Pasko to friends for their remodels. In fact, we have already recommended them to several friends who have chosen to move forward with Pasko as well.

We hired Pasko Homes to design and remodel our 3rd floor bonus room of our Myers Park home. They designed, gutted, reconfigured, and added a bathroom and wet bar (island, fridge, sink, dishwasher, and wine bottle fridge). They are great to work with and very good communicators. The project went smoothly, their prices were fair, and we were very pleased with the work. I would recommend Pasko to friends and would hire them again in future.

Pasko homes completed an addition and over-haul for our downstairs. They added a breakfast room, screened porch and outdoor patio and kitchen. They transformed our downstairs to an updated, usable, family-friends/entertaining space. They seamlessly blended the new with our existing space for the perfect addition.

I've worked with Mark both on a personal and professional level. I hired Mark Pasko to complete a large custom screened porch and patio addition on my personal home. He did a fantastic job and the job was completed right on time. In addition, I've referred Mark to several clients. He built a stunning $1.5 million dollar custom home for a client of mine. Currently, Mark is working with another client on a 4000 square foot custom home project.
