This was our very first remodel and we were so lucky to have found Shaun Clark and his team. We had heard many stories of contractors in the desert who take advantage of part-time owners like ourselves who can't be on site to check on their contractors progress. This little condo is our eventual retirement home but also doubles currently as our vacation home and a part time rental. We planned on making an investment but also didn't have money to, "Throw around" and we needed to accomplish a lot with this partial remodel. Shaun himself is incredibly responsive to all of our requests and needs. There's never a time of day when he isn't available via text, email, phone call, and he is personally involved in all aspects of the project. Many of our neighbors watched the progress throughout and reported to us that there was never a day without a sub-contractor on site working the job. List of accomplishments (besides banishing 1985 and a crappy prior remodeling job): new tile, baseboards, paint, full new kitchen including wet bar, drywall work throughout, new light fixture, ceiling fans, outlet plates, retrofit all windows. We are excited to hire Shaun and his team once more in 2020 to complete the remodel of the bathrooms, upgrading the interior doors and patios.

Our project was a compete remodel of our Palm Desert Home – down to the studs, all plumbing, electrical, all rooms and roof. A very extensive remodel and we would be doing it from a distance. Shaun came recommended to us by our architect and it was the perfect recommendation. With a major remodel comes surprises. In all cases Shaun was on top of it, taking total ownership and giving us options. His excellent communication skills were a major reason, we felt in the know from a distances. Shaun’s total commitment to customer satisfaction was also present in his subs. With every walk through during the construction, we made changes and his subs were on top of it. Never a complaint. With Shaun came his extensive experience, and his team. We have never had a project go so smoothly. We required a minor addition to our home (approx. 300 sq. feet) as well as various upgrades throughout - new cabinetry, flooring, interior/exterior painting , patio doors, exterior gates, electrical upgrades etc. Shaun and his team were a pleasure to deal with - very professional with great attention to detail. Shaun was respectful of costs vs. quality with the overall project exceeding our expectations and within our anticipated budget. A renovation project is always challenging but Shaun's expertise along with his positive and caring attitude sure assisted in making our experience a pleasure. AND the end result of all the construction is outstanding - we are very pleased with the finished project.

Sean provided a major 4 month major remodel of our home. It included ceiling revision, door and window revision, wall texturing, flooring revision., Electrical rework, substantial cabinetry revision. He did a fantastic job for us. He was great to work with...very professional, very easy-going personality, very respectful of both of us and our concerns. We also commend him for the quality of his subs. They did a great job, and were very easy to be around. Sean not only provided us with a first rate house renovation, he also provided us with first rate follow-up after the job was completed. If we had any questions or issues, he was a phone call away, and there was someone there to resolve the problem before the day was out. There is no question in our minds of ever using anyone else but Sean after such a great experience. He came recommended to us by friends who were as enthused about him after their remodeling experience as we are about him now.
