Finding a leak can be very difficult. Working with CMB was great, because they took the time to comb through every possibility with my roof and windows to find and fix the leak. It turned out, I had three leaks, two of which were fixed the first try, and the third proved to be harder to find. CMB came back out to the house to rule out one last thing, which turned out to be it, without charging me beyond what they actually fixed. If most people are like me, I'm a skeptic when it comes to contractors, especially having to make all of the decisions on my own, but CMB was great to work with, and I never felt like they were taking advantage of the situation.
