Review for CMR Construction/Felix I recently hired Felix/CMR Construction for a remodel of my condo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he stood out for his professionalism and thoroughness. Unlike other contractors I interviewed, Felix provided a detailed, transparent quotation that left no room for surprises—something I greatly appreciated. What truly impressed me was his meticulous attention to detail. Every aspect of the remodel, from the design to the finishing touches, was executed with precision and care. He went above and beyond to ensure that every corner of the project was flawless. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to delivering perfection, but that’s exactly what Felix did. On top of his skills, Felix brought a fantastic sense of humor to the job site. Remodeling can be stressful, but he made the process enjoyable and kept the atmosphere light. Plus, his bilingual ability was a tremendous asset, making communication seamless for everyone involved. If you’re looking for a contractor who combines expertise, integrity, and a great personality, I wholeheartedly recommend CMR. You won’t be disappointed!

We recently moved to Miami and after all the horror stories that you hear about contractors, we were very nervous and discouraged to do our project, which was basically, a COMPLETE renovation but we were so fortunate to find Felix and his team. Their work was great, but one of the most important things for us was his transparency and communication. They get involved, they listen to you, they do their best to guide you, and they respect the budget! A complete professional team, very friendly Can't recommend them enough, this will be a contact to keep for as long as we are in Miami.

When tackling a complete renovation of your main house, the biggest problem is to find the right General Contractor. We bought a new house that required an almost complete reform and we had many doubts about finding the most suitable professional, we selected three companies and finally we chose to give the project to CMR Construction, given the good references we got about him and the good impression he made on us when we explained the project we wanted to carry out in the property. At all times, from the preparation of the budget to the last final adjustment of the work, Felix was always aware of all our needs, he helped us in all decisions of materials that had to be taken and his team was punctual, professional and meticulous in every detail during the more than 7 months that the renovation lasted. He met the agreed timing and was completely in line with the initial budget signed. Definitely someone to recommend.

We can not say enough amazing things about Felix & his amazing crew. Not only did they show up everyday on time, the quality of work was beyond our expectations. Felix is one of the nicest, most accessible & hands on contractor that you can meet. He pays attention to every detail & if it’s not perfect, he makes it perfect. We remodeled our entire home with CMR & it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor or any service person. I’d be happy to provide before & after photos. If I can give them 100 stars, I would! Not only did we feel like Felix was our contractor, we also now consider him our friend!

Felix remodeled our bathroom and built us a walk in closet. The team was top notch and Felix is great to work with. He was attentive to details and always responsive and involved throughout the whole project. This included a total revamp of the bathroom giving us a huge walk-in shower and free standing tub. Highly recommended!

Soooo happy we found Felix and CMR Construction Group! We recently purchased a new home which needed some work, including a complete remodel of each of the three bathrooms. We interviewed quite a few different contractors, and Felix was far and away the best. He was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, responsive and available, and delivered on time and on budget. High quality work at a fair price, and always with a smile. Would give more than five stars if we could, thank you Felix!

It was a pleasure working with Felix. After having to fix my pipes, Felix did a tal renovation of a bathroom and the kitchen, including the removal of a wall to join the dinning room to the kitchen and enlarge the space. He was very professional and and worked meticulously on every aspect of the job, including the daily cleanup when done for the day. I am a perfectionist, so I was very pleased to see how he paid attention to the small details and was always available to inspect the job. Willing always to go the extra mile. Will be using him again for my future remodels. Everyone always compliments on the job well done. Thanks Felix!!!

I have to start by saying that I normally don't write review but I have to make an exception with this company, because we don't fine services like this anymore especially here in Miami, it feels great when you can trust the word of the person talking to you and the reason I say this is because I call the company for and estimate on impact windows for my house this guy name Felix pick up the phone and told me I will be in your house today around 4 pm and there he was on time, he took the measurement explained the entire process ,he said by tonight I will send you an estimate via email and their it was , next day call him ok lets do it ,as soon the windows were ready to install he call me and told me there done we set a day for the installment and Believe it or not there he was on time again , you see what I am saying you don't see that in Miami, normaly people leave you hanging all the time I truly recommend I will definitely use them again. P.S. I love the windows excelent quality
