Fourth Project with Dan and Collins Construction -Very happy - Great communication and flexibility. Love the ability to do large and small projects. Great team!

We went to Collins based on the recommendation of others and by their overall ratings in the area. We could not have been happier with the way our project went. We had our master bath completely gutted. From start to finish there was good communication of expectations on what we wanted. The construction process was explained thoroughly and all the workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk with. If there were any issues they were communicated immediately and resolved very quickly. They left no detail untouched. I highly recommend them for any project and will definitely be using them again for future work.

We had our bathroom redone by the Collins group. The good work consisted of drywall patching and baseboard application. The rest of the work was a concern. After applying the floor tile crookedly, I was told that "It wasn't a mistake, it's just not how the customer wanted it." I had to argue for a while to get them to redo the floor which they did under my close supervision. They hung the door trim too far to the left, exposing the connection of the wall to the door jam which was brown and the trim was white. Dan finally came to see the work and proceeded, again, to tell me that this was a correct way to hang the trim. I found him to be righteous, overbearing, and not willing to admit wrongdoing. I would not hire them again for any work.

From the initial meetings/conversations and planning to the completion of our project. Professional, courteous, patient, thorough and finished work within budget. Amazing follow up and commitment to their work. We enjoyed having Collins Construction in our home. Always felt secure and safer with them in my home whether I was home or not. They are clean, precise, caring. It was a pleasure to have a family oriented company who cares about their customers and their employees. A very positive experience. Highly recommend for any project.

Dan and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. Explicit plans and deadlines were held to and the lines of communication were always open. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY recommend Collins Construction Group, Inc. Not only were they the best people to work with both collectively and individually, the project was completed right on time. We met with three different builders to take on our older home (built in 1922) and it was apparent CCG was the most knowledgeable and the most honest. Dan walked us through where to get fixtures and where to find appliances which helps with the design process. Once you pick out the big pieces, you'll start navigating how you want the room(s) to look. My husband and I both agreed after the job was done and our BEAUTIFUL kitchen and bathroom were ready for use how much we were going to miss these guys! Any questions we had along the way CCG was always so communicative. Dan has recommended trade-persons to me whenever I ask which shows he doesn't hire the lowest bids for electricians, plumbers, etc. He uses the same wonderful people with each job he does. High-quality work, communicative every step of the way and AWESOME people to have in your home.

I have so much praise for Collins Construction. We have had a few jobs done by them and would highly recommend them to anyone, and do. I always have my after photos on my phone to show people. Aside from that the process was simple and easy going. They are always on time and clean up every day of the project. They are professional but very friendly and always keep you apprised of the progress of the job. Dan is excellent at helping choose materials and designs and is involved from start to finish. The quality of the work and attention to detail are exceptional. My husband says our bathroom is the best room of the house and we now live in our new basement and bar (his favorite room of the house).

Dan and his team did an excellent job for us. He had great input to help us make the right decisions for several renovation projects. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was performed professionally. There were no problems with clearing punch list items at the end of the job. And his pricing was very reasonable, particularly with regard to changes. We will be pleased to work with him again.

I was thoroughly pleased with the work done by Collins Construction Group. Their workmanship went above and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism was remarkable. When making material selections for my project they were very instrumental in making recommendations and their knowledge of various materials was exceptional. Dan Collins and his crew added a portico to the front of my home and replaced my front door (and repaired damage from the old one). It is beautiful! They did a wonderful job and came in on time and under budget.

Calling Collins Construction Group was the best decision we've ever made regarding home improvement. CCG put a GORGEOUS addition on our home, and created a gourmet kitchen and entertaining spaces that suit our needs perfectly and receive many compliments from family and friends. Dan Collins carefully listened to our wants/needs for the renovation and set a budget that was right on target. We spent close to nothing on "upgrades". And CCG completed their work 2 days BEFORE the estimated completion date! How often does that happen with a 12-week project? The staff at CCG are friendly, professional and obviously knowledgeable. One can see that they enjoy creating beautiful rooms. We stayed in the house during the entire renovation, and it worked out very well! Brad and Dave were very good about cleaning up at the end of each day, Even our neighbors commented about their efforts to keep things tidy during construction. Our next home improvement will be a Master Suite above our garage. And you can bet that our only phone call will be to Collins Construction Group!
