Comer Contracting

Our garage had some termite damage and we hired Ray. Once he opened everything up we found extensive damage. He told me exactly what he was going to have to repair and then we discussed a higher project rate since it was much more work. He's great. Reasonable rates for a licensed contractor. Very nice guy. I can see hiring him again in the future for more projects.

I had such a good experience with Ray and his team while installing cabinets in my kitchen. Not only is Ray easy-going, honest and great to work with, his prices are reasonable, he's reliable and he totally knows what he's doing. I made the mistake of hiring someone else to tile my floor and really wish I would have hired Ray for that too. Thankfully Ray even fixed some of the problems with the floor! Ray made sure everything was done perfectly and always was able to come up with a great solution to whatever crazy idea I had. I'm so glad to have found him. I will definitely hire him for whatever else I need done in my home and have already recommended him to several friends and clients. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from someone doing work in my house. Ray was very knowledgable about construction and how to do the work properly. Extremely efficient and even his finish work was perfect. He remodeled a full bathroom from down to the studs, built a laundry closet, finished my kitchen cabinets with crown moulding and light rail and also built a beautiful oak step, that drops down into my lower room. His prices are excellent and he is there when he says he’s going to be. I really didn’t have to worry about anything. Great experience with Comer Contracting!

Cormier Contracting did a fabulous job and great care we had our kitchen remodeled along with demo and remodeling work in our bathrooms Very easy to work with best cabinet install in our kitchen. Excellent work and highly recommend. Price was good value.

Comer Contracting helped me take on my first home and fixer upper and I definitely couldn’t have done it without them. Virgil has a lot of experience and was very helpful when make decisions on a daily basis. They completely gutted my closed off small kitchen and turned it into a dreamy open space that I love! They also did a large amount of drywall replacement and repair due to mirrors being on the walls from the 80’s and previous water damage from when I purchased the home. They installed recessed lights and hanging lights in my kitchen, installed fans, installed toilets and fixtures, and installed my crown molding. Virgil also helped me pick out the granite for my fire place and installed that as well. They were very patient with me and all of my indecisive decisions. I am very happy with the end result and continue to use Comer Contracting.

Comer Contracting installed a ceiling fan and floor plug in my home office, replaced a remote control for the ceiling fan in my son's bedroom and patched a hole in the ceiling in my family room near the existing ceiling fan. They were extremely professional and very thorough. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete. I will definitely be calling them again to help me with more projects around my house. I would highly recommend them.
