I am so happy with my kitchen renovation. Communication was unlike any other contractor I’ve ever used. Right from the beginning until the last screw, I knew step by step what was going on. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely use again.

My husband and I are very happy with the kitchen renovation that was completed by Concept Renovations. From the sales to the project management the project was explained and completed with excellent attention to details.

Rod and Evan were able to quickly understand and flawlessly execute the work that I wanted done. There were only a few minor hiccups and they were dealt with professionally and expediently. This is our third project with Rod Menezes. We consider ourselves fortunate to work with him. He delivers budget-conscious ideas, enthusiasm, experience, and a commitment to the highest client communications and service. Rod turned our partly-finished basement into storage and work areas, renovated the bathroom, and gave us a clean, bright laundry room with cabinetry. Rod did most of the work while we were adhering to Covid-19 guidelines. Rod put the people who worked for him first, and while the job took longer as a result, people continued working and did it safely. He provided a regularly updated schedule showing who was in the house, what they were doing, and took photographs along the way to show progress. We mentioned that this is the third time we've worked with Rod. Previously, Rod upgraded our second-floor bathroom and turned our attic into a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Our home is better for having Rod working in it, and we can't sing his praises enough.

My boyfriend and I purchased an old home in the GTA in October 2019 and immediately wanted to renovate the main floor, laundry room and basement washroom. We were looking to make the house more modern and functional, including an open concept living space. As first time homeowners we went online to find a contractor because we did not know anyone who was happy with their past contractors and we had a tight budget. After placing our ad Rod promptly responded and came to look at the house/hear our vision. From the beginning we could tell Rod was a passionate contractor who had his clients best interest at heart. We met with a few other contractors to compare, but none seemed as honest and knowledgeable as Rod. Despite the challenges that come with renovating a very old home and the COVID19 pandemic starting in the middle of our renovation, Rod and his team made the renovation process as easy as possible for us and we feel so fortunate to have found Concept Renovations. Our neighbours even commented to us that they were impressed with our contractor because every single day workers would show up early in the morning and be busy all day (until COVID19 restrictions were imposed). You can be sure that Rod and his team will work on your project diligently until it is complete! During the renovation Rod kept us informed with daily notifications of the work being done and we had access to a work schedule that was updated continuously throughout the renovation. Since we were not living in the house during the renovations this kept us in the loop and we felt involved with the renovation. The old home had some structural and electrical issues that were not up to code but Rod made sure to explain the issues to us, and how his team were going to fix them. I am confident that our home is extremely safe (in addition to beautiful). We have now been living in the home for a few weeks and are extremely satisfied with the work that has been done. I 100% recommend Rod and his team for anyone looking to renovate their home!

I hired Concept to do an interior renovation of my house. Rodrigo took time to explain the construction process and provide me with all the information needed regarding my whole home renovation. This was a large project for me and evolved my entire house being under construction for a period of time but I felt everything was under control and ran pretty much on time. The finish product was great and the experience was better than I was expecting.
