Connecticut Timber Frames

I would NOT recommend Todd Woodward and CT Timber Frames. I had to fire him midway through a major renovation. He was never on site and his sub contractors did terrible work (HVAC, plumbing, roofing) that he was unwilling to correct. Todd is unethical, unreliable and unprofessional. His company ( which changed its name from Sprain Brook) is not well - capitalized and he was always asking for more money without having ordered materials or finishing what I had already paid for. His HVAC sub contractor, John Carragan in Watertown, CT is a hack whose work had to be corrected by others after a few months. Stay far away from this company.
