Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness please, PEOPLE, be aware of DAVILA CONSTRUCTION group llc. juan davila told us "the work will be done in 3 weeks",7 months later and we had to leave our apartment, it's unsafe for us, we are 2 seniors, we don't have any kitchen cabinets doors and shelves and drawers and hardware. boxes of dishes and pots all over the apartment.the wooden floor in a pile at the entrance of apartment,it's sad because our are is the safest area as far as the covid-19, lowest cases, we had to leave. he started work back in february 2020, the waiting the stress the aggravation, just unbearable, paid him $13,250.00, last heard from him, juan davila was scheduling his worker Roberto isai Martinez to install, we called Roberto isai Martinez, Roberto isai Martinez told us: "he's out of Miami, we should call juan davila", juan davila is not answering phone calls nor text nor email. people, please don't use him, he's a dishonest contractor. DO NOT USE HIM.save yourselves the problems, This company does not deserve our business.the aggravation and stress and we are held as hostages, still after paying we are without kitchen cabinets. we are writing this so it doesn't happen to you, please, published this message, so people will stay away from Juan General Contractor.

It’s been over a year that I start with this company, he took over 7k from me, He never finish the construction, disappeared with the money, don’t answer calls / text. I never get from him from months until I have to appear in court for a violation that he never apply for any permits ( after 9 months) He came ask for more money and never finish the final inspection. I’m taking him to court now

The tile on our balcony needed repair, Davila Construction was recommended. They were very easy to work with. The support staff was accommodating. The work was completed as outlined in the contract. We are very pleased with the tile installation.
