"Roof Project" I hired Construction Partners to build a roof over my existing deck. Mike and his entire team were reliable, professional, clean and organized. In short, they exceeded all of our expectations. We are really enjoying our deck, new roof and have recommend Mike to several of our neighbors. Best wishes to both Mike and Staff!

Mike and his team were the general contractors for the is single family home that we, ideocraft, designed. The were several progress/atypical features that they executed well. Further, Mike was a productive collaborator. In addition to being enjoyed be the clients, the finished home is highly efficient.

Mike, Evan, and the Construction Partners crew did a great job building our new house. They were very professional, efficient and delivered a quality product. We love our house – the way it looks, the quality of the construction, and the fact that it is 70% more efficient than a standard construction house. We highly recommend Construction Partners!

We added an apartment behind our house with a full basement and a bigger deck for my mother-in-law to come live with us. Adding on had it's challenges to the existing house within the budget we could afford. Mike and his crew were VERY accommodating for our major addition! As many times as my husband and I had to change things to make it work with our budget, Mike and his crew did it kindly, willingly and with great knowledge! Mike's knowledge of construction impressed us. He always had creative suggestions and ideas to make it end up the way we had hoped and pictured in our minds. He was very accurate with his estimates and costs and always kept us up-to-date with how things were going and if any adjustments needed to be made due to the complex nature of our add-on. They were ALWAYS cheerful to work with, kind to our family (who most likely got under foot at times!) and were always busy- never wasting their time- which was a blessing to us! He was always kind and accommodating to the other contractors he worked with as well, (Electric, Plumbing, Tape/Texturer, etc...) coordinating their times and working around and with them as needed. It was our first time using SIP panels and wow... we now wish the REST of our house had been built with them! What a DIFFERENCE they make! The best thing about Mike and his crew? They were FAST!! Many times we commented on how quickly they got things done. Their attention to detail was very impressive on top of it! We would recommend him to do any project that you have in mind, and we plan to keep using his company in the future for any new projects that we may have!

Mike has worked with Extreme Panel Tech., Inc. for almost ten years. As an independent contractor, he builds structures using SIPs manufactured here at Extreme Panels. We value his attention to detail, the time he takes working with his customers and relaying the information to Extreme, and the quality of his work. We have never had anyone be unhappy with him or his work.

We've used construction partners for several large projects. First project was to roofing on our house and two garages. They were excellent. The job site was always immaculate. They did such a good job we hired them to do cabinets. Again, excellent work. So when we decided to build an outdoor oasis including tearing down our old deck and replacing it with a larger concrete patio and outdoor living room, we called construction partners and they really came through. We highly recommend their work. Quality work, clean worksites, friendly workers, and an amazing approach to perfection.

We have had the pleasure of working with Construction Partners LLC several times in the past few years. I am continually impressed by the quality of the company's work and by the employees, themselves. We've all heard the horror stories of contractors/ teams that are rude, vulgar, and leave a mess when the job is done. Our experiences with Construction Partners have been completely the opposite. Every single team member we have encountered is professional, kind, respectful, and at the end of the day, not a speck of mess is left anywhere. And of course, they do phenomenal work. I have a very specific picture in mind of what I want my house to look like when everything is said and done and due to budgeting, we are doing the work in phases. Needless to say, any project needs to be designed with the "big picture" in mind. My husband and I contacted other contractors but just didn't feel we were being listened to, and I was left with an uncomfortable feeling in my gut. We called Mike, whom we had worked with before on a smaller, unrelated project. When he came to our home, we explained the "big picture" and he went to his truck, brought in plans from another job he was working on, and laid before me exactly what I had been describing. He was able to help us truly "see" the finished project and how the phase we were working on could alter the final project into something even better than I had imagined. All feelings of uneasiness immediately left me as I knew Mike had truly listened to us. He understood where we were going long-term and he was committed to making sure our "dream home" would come together throughout our partnership. I cannot recommend Construction Partners LLC highly enough. I can't wait until we are ready to move on to Phase II, and have complete faith that Mike and his team will help transform our home into our "dream home".

Working with Construction Partners and owner, Mr. Mike Dandar was a very positive experience. I would most assuredly hire Mr. Dandar and his crew again. Mr. Dandar is very professional, communicated through-out the entire projects. Professional drawings and bids were submitted prior to the project. Mr. Dandar took the time to explain any projects questions I had. I recommend Construction Partners for professional, sound, up-to-date constructions.

I have high standards and like to be quite involved in the building and decision-making process, and I'd definitely recommend Construction Partners. We wanted to do a SIP build, and we heard over and over from multiple entities that Construction Partners would be the best choice - that they knew what they were doing. And they did. Their desire to have a tight, energy-efficient home matched ours. They were also honest, reasonable, and believed in doing quality work. They cared about the details of their work and the work site. They worked hard through difficult weather and were always very considerate. We keep calling them back for other projects!

Construction Partners build a new house for us and we are very satisfied. Would recommend them as a Builder. We have a Zip panel house it is energy certified.
