BEWARE - This company and these positive reviews are fake. The owners have a local reputation for scamming many people, they promise the moon, take the money and run. Check out individual court records in Grayson County and throughout Texas, they've been sued and lost many times and one owner is facing incarceration.

From the initial meeting with John to demo completion, I can’t say enough about A-1 Demolition. Their customer service was top notch throughout the whole process. As a general contractor I really appreciated the level of attention they provided and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality demo company no matter what size project.

A-1 Excavation did a wonderful job during phase 1 on my project. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend for full service demolition and avatement. I cant wait to continue to work with them on the remaining phases on this project.

After a huge storm hit our home in Sanger, Texas in May we needed a full roof and gutter replacement. Contractors 4U was quick to respond to our call and made the entire process seamless. Jeremy took the time to thoroughly explain the cost breakdown, which we really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered top-quality work. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Contractors 4U to anyone in need of roofing or exterior work!

I recently hired Contractors 4U to do a remodel on one of my properties. The initial meeting with the team went great. They were very knowledgeable about the process and what I would need to be completed at the house. They took their time and walked me through everything that would need to be done. Next they brought me into the office and helped me to pick out the materials that we would be using on the job. When I was ready for them to begin the work, they were on time and were very respectful. They kept the house clean and were always respectful of the property. AS the work went forward the communication with the office was always great. They kept me up to date on all progress as it happened and sent me photos of the work. When all the work was completed, they walked me through the house and showed me everything that was done and it was all completed beautifully. I am an investor and was nervous to use a new contractor but this team was great and I will be using them on all of my future remodels.

Great team,they were so professional from start to finish! We especially loved the constant updates from Kayla ! She was awesome to work with her and Jay kept the project right on schedule , which was one of our most important concerns, because we all know how construction jobs can get at times! When a colleague needed a similar job done we didn't hesitate to recommend Contractors for U right away !
