This company has been such a huge help for me. Two years ago I needed an experienced "Tree Guy" to come out to the coast (HMB area) to thin out my four, large cypress trees in my backyard. They had been thinned out twice before, years earlier. I got 5 estimates for the job, then L'Ann, Manager of "Sub Contractors" referred Eli to me. He was just as knowledgeable as the other men, but more reasonably priced. Eli and his crew were here when they said they'd be, ending up pruning additional smaller trees, and removing one birch tree. Not only was I pleased, the neighbors were pleased also. When I needed a handyman to install insulation under my kitchen, L'Ann sent Roberto to check out the job. He gave me an estimate and said he'd get back to me to schedule the work. An hour later he called to say he could do the work that day, and it was done. Fast forward to Monday, 2/13/23, at 5 pm: During one of our "Wind Storms" one of my beautiful cypress trees blew over onto the street behind my property. My neighbor called to tell me the tree missed hitting any of the homes back there but did land on 3 cars. The Fire Dept and Public Works came to cut up some of the tree so cars can get by. I contacted L'Ann and she called Eli to come out the next morning to help remove the tree. Eli and crew removed all four cypress trees for safety sake, as the winds have continued.

L'Ann is reliable and responsible. I contacted L'Ann, Sub Contractors Central, for my backyard renovation in San Mateo. She responded quickly and introduced me a landscape designer and contractors. After reviewing, I had worked with a landscape designer, Anna Park, and a contractor, Eli. Those are very professional and knowledgeable, and also provided me the reasonable fees. I am pretty satisfied with the work quality and all processes. I highly recommend L'Ann if you are looking for a person who can professionally help your landscape renovation.

L’ Ann was extremely supportive and attentive to my needs during the entire outdoor building of my kitchen project. IShe was very accessible on the phone and approachable. She was my advocate and saw to it that no details were left out. She also offered great suggestions to improve the work quality. She did on-site visits and was always responsive to my needs. She gets an A plus
