I've used Cook Builders on several remodel projects. I always get good consultation and a great work product. Will use them on my next project and recommend them to friends.

I have used Cook Builders for several projects over the years on my home including a detached garage, walkout basement, carport driveway, and deck. They are honest, great to work with and I appreciate their willingness to pay attention to details throughout each project.

Among other extensive external remodels, we had the incompetent workers at Cook Builders attempt to rebuild three large decks. The "finished" product was worse than the prior defective decks. I was charged a lot for very poor craftsmanship and I finally had to fire them and find someone else to redo the job even though it will cost me more $$ to do so. Cook Builders: Low quality, high prices, poor responsiveness, lack of organization and no competent project management. We would discourage anyone from doing business with Cook Builders!

What I liked is They kept you informed, were accountable and did high quality work. We are stiil in the building process. We highly recommend them for your own unigue design.

Nate and the team at Cook Builders were the contractors on our home in Farmington. Building a home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Nate kept everything going on the house while helping us maintain our sanity. You hear horror stories from some people about their home building experience. Not us, if we were to build again, we would use Cook Builders in a heart beat. Nate not only got the house done and done well, when we had questions or concerns, or needed another opinion, he was always there. He has built a lot of good looking homes, he knows what looks good and what works and he is not afraid to tell you when you are wrong. I found this refreshing, I didn't want someone promising me one thing and then not being able to perform, knowing they couldn't when they said they could. Nate has good taste too, when we chose something that he didn't like, he let us know. We didn't always listen, but it was nice to get honest feedback.

Cook Builders built a great home for our family! We have worked together on multiple projects and will continue to use them in the future.
