Jason was very accommodating in completing the work as the contract stated, going beyond in getting all the tasks done. We had a bit of trouble with one of the subs showing up, but Jason kept working with him. The work, when completed was excellent and of the highest quality. This is the sixth or seventh job Cools Custom has done at our residence so we clearly like his work. He will get the job done.

We have used Cools Custom Remodeling four times over the years for different remodeling projects at our house (bathrooms, kitchens, hardwood flooring, construction). They are always thorough, conscientious and do a great job. You know it’s a great contractor if we have chosen to use them multiple times and we have also referred them to multiple neighbors. They may not always be the lowest bid, but with lack of hassles and delays, Cools Custom is the best choice.

Overall, I was happy with the finished product and friendly customer service from Cools Custom Remodeling, Inc. Though there were some administrative issues, they were handled and dealt with effectively so we could move forward with the process of setting tile in our kitchen. The tile tech did a really good job of placing the backsplash, and did a professional job and always had a smile on his face.

Cools Custom remodeled the interior of our home. They did a fantastic job. Talked to me regarding the process, as I've never gone through this before. Which helped immensely. We hired Cool's Custom at the advice of our designer, who I ended up parting ways with during the major kitchen remodel. They were amazing. They had the entire kitchen ripped down to studs and fully done in 7 weeks! They were not only incredibly professional, their subcontractors ended up recommending several design changes that are things we are so happy with in our new space. For the few changes we had to do we had clearly defined change orders we all agreed to, and the entire job was only about $1500 over our original bid. They cleaned the space every day, and had no problem with three young children watching them doing exciting things like install floor tile! We get so many compliments on our kitchen, and are so happy with everything that was done to make sure we were happy with the job.

Hall bathroom gut and remodel. His crew does great tile work and is reasonably affordable. We get lots of compliments on our new bathroom. He also gave us advice on tile types and aesthetics.

Cools Custom Remodeling did a tile installation for my living room. I purchased Ann Sachs tiles on recommendation of a designer who proved to be shady and not of high quality. The original installation was done well but the tile was all wrong for our application. The designer, and Ann Sachs refused to take responsibility for the problem. However, Cools Custom did a reinstall of new tile from Porceleanosa AT NO CHARGE. It was done professionally, on time and they worked hard to make sure grout lines were small and proper color. I commend them for their outstanding customer service. I would use them again without hesitation. Diana Keith

Jay's guys did a great job on my floors. So, we had him later do our granite counter top, new sink and hookups. We get lots of positive comments.
