Bryan is the perfect blend of both an aesthetic visionary and extraordinary executor. His design expertise was the guiding light to our amazing remodel. As stated repeatedly in other reviews, Bryan is a perfectionist, paining and pining over every facet of our project, creating a flawless end result. He is quick to respond, reliable and thoroughly conscientious. We left the state for the last few months of our remodel and we received daily updates, face times, pictures, questions and suggestions. He included us in every step of the way. The end result is everything we hoped it would be and more. His 5 star reviews are well earned and greatly deserved. Don’t hesitate to use Bryan for your project, you will be glad you did.

Bryan is above and beyond a contractor. He cares about his work and is meticulous in his designs. He cleans up every night before he leaves and made my kitchen remodel a wonderful experience. I had complete confidence in all his choices and I really felt like it was a collaborative effort. My kitchen is so much more than I ever imagined. I combined my kitchen with two other rooms in my house for a complete, down to the studs remodel. It's the kitchen of my dreams and I just could not be happier! Bonus is that he loves animals and my dog actually got depressed when he was finished with the kitchen. Can't wait for him to do the new bathroom! NOTE: If there is a wait to do your project because Bryan is booked I advise to still book him. It's better to wait and get the job done right.

Couldn't be happier! We LOVED working with Bryan and can't wait to do it again. The finished product is impeccable and wake up each morning needing to pinch ourselves to make sure we really have our beautiful spa style master suite. Bryan rolled with the punches (delivered regularly by our friendly department of planning) and was SUPER clean and conscientious. His attention to detail and "just wanting to make sure it was done right", fit right in with our meticulous nature. For all intents and purposes, he became part of the family and we weren't quite sure what to do the day after he was done.

Where do we start? We hired Bryan at Cooper Construction for 3 separate major projects after seeing his work at a friend's place where he did a guesthouse form the ground up, and some beautifully designed exterior work on their property. We had him do a complete bathroom remodel in the summer of 2016, and loved his attention to detail, and his special flair for help with design etc. Then we did a full kitchen remodel in the winter of 2017, a huge project which included opening up walls, adding a kitchen island, etc....we couldn't have been happier with all his work. Then in the spring of 2018 we did a long needed outdoor patio remodel, covering the patio to make it waterproof with skylights, and basically having an additional room outdoors that felt like indoor/outdoor living. All 3 projects were done with high quality materials, cleaned up work site after every day of work, kept me up to date with the progress, and he did everything to perfection, which is rare these days. I, too, am a perfectionist, so it was appreciated that he was always on time, hard working, and made sure everything was done correctly, with no short cuts taken. I can't rave enough about Cooper Construction, and he will continue to be our go to person for future work in our home!

Brian is prompt, meticulous and a pleasure to deal with. He is unfazed by changes or minor setbacks. He keeps his worksite clean and organized. Clutter and disruption that is a normal part of renovation and construction are kept to a bare minimum. It's no wonder he is booked solid. I recommend you get on his waiting list for any project you are planning, you will not be disappointed.

Bryan built a pergola for us, and it's absolutely perfect. He was on time with estimates, mock-ups, and a realistic work timeline which he met with ease. The quality of materials used and his workmanship exceeded our expectations. On top of this, he wasn't bothered by our dogs, who grew to love him. Bryan is friendly, honest, reasonable, and very hardworking...like a one-man band who sounds like a symphony. We have no hesitations about using him for our upcoming bathroom remodels. Bryan at Cooper Construction is a master at what he does. I am consistently impressed with his attention to detail, quality of work and knowledge of the process. He works at a great pace and delivers a terrific product! He basically rebuilt a complete fixer for us and the result was amazing!

Cooper Construction's work on our master bathroom was amazing. My wife and I had a hideous and outdated bathroom and had no idea what to do with it. Bryan, the owner, came over to quote it for us and after hearing his ideas, which were totally different from what we had imagined, we were totally sold on him. He was very respectable to our home throughout the entire remodel and did an amazing job cleaning up after each day's work. He was very clear and transparent with the pricing and explained the process clearly. Would definitely recommend for any type of work.

Bryan Cooper vaulted a ceiling in our dining room, adding a skylight. He created a new roof for our outdoor deck and added a BBQ bar entertainment area. Eventually we hired him and his newly-formed (2012) Cooper Construction to completely renovate – tear out and completely re-do – our back yard, to spectacular success. Even the city inspector admitted that it was one of the best “from ground up” construction jobs he had seen. Bryan and the project easily passed the dozen or so inspections, and to this day, friends rave about what a remarkably beautiful addition Bryan’s work is to our property. People now refer to our home as “a resort,” thanks to Bryan’s skills. Bryan Cooper’s artistry, talent, and attention to every detail are extraordinary. His capabilities to do many different types of construction, including design and color, electrical and lighting, tiling and grouting, etc., make him a rare and unique find. Plus he’s a perfectionist, and just so easy to work with; his enthusiasm for everything he does is infectious. I recommend Bryan and Cooper Construction without reservation. Very easy to work with, turned my ideas into my ideal master bathroom. Completed within the time frame I requested and stuck to construction schedule.

We have lived in this house for 25 years and finally decided to upgrade (read completely renovate) the master bathroom. We hired Bryan and after deciding on tile and design we left on vacation and gave him full reign. After finding major problems under the floor and fixing them brilliantly, he did a redesign that I still can't get over. It's functional, beautiful and ON BUDGET!!! He made it work, including all of the problems that he found along the way. This is not just a contractor, he's an artist as well. Could not be happier with the end result.
