Our experience with Cordeiro Construction has been nothing short of amazing and unparalleled. From the beginning, we had a vision of what our home could be. We knew that all of the major systems would need to be upgraded, and that the entire interior and front exterior would need a complete overhaul. Eduardo listened intently to what we envisioned for our home, answered our many questions with patience and thoroughness, and offered creative yet practical solutions to many complex issues. Eduardo has always been respectful of our ideas but pushed us just enough to make sure the outcome was a home that we would love and enjoy for present-day living, yet was timeless, sophisticated, and approachable in design. His keen knowledge of building costs & local zoning regulations kept our project on-time and on-budget despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. His team of talented tradesmen worked tirelessly to ensure their work was performed to our satisfaction and they always went the extra mile for us. Similarly, his administrative staff were highly efficient in timely applying for permits, scheduling inspections and executing documentation for our lender. They hit the mark at every step throughout the process. Cordeiro Construction delivered an outstanding final product beyond what we could have imagined. We hired Eduardo and his crew to renovate a small hall bathroom and relocate a laundry from the first floor to the second floor. Our home was built in 1850, and as such, issues seem to arise whenever we start a construction project. We interviewed 3 different contractors, and Eduardo was the only one who would provide a quote for the laundry room renovation - as the water lines (kitchen and bathrooms) were located in the back of the house and yet the new laundry room closet was situated in the front of the house. It was complicated and yet Eduardo and his team found a way! The project was completed on time and on budget despite the complications. Eduardo's crew were always courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Kudos to Antonio the plumber and Rodolfo the carpenter - both of whom did very fine work! We are extremely pleased with the finished product and will use Cordeiro Construction for our upcoming kitchen and family room renovation. We highly recommend - and I am a stickler for details :)

Eduardo and team did a great job completing a master bathroom remodel for our townhouse. He stayed on budget and completed the project within our two week timeline for renovations. We will definitely use Cordeiro Construction again in the future!

My husband and I were looking to gut renovate our kitchen which was built in 1987. Absolutely stunning and transformational renovation! Full exterior including removal of stucco, new roof, new siding, new gutters, absolutely gorgeous stonework in front and around the perimeter. Also did outstanding job re-painting the interior, even re-painted the LR for free when it wasn't quite the color we imagined. Excellent customer service from day 1 and transparent communication throughout project. We are now embarking on phase 2 since we were so pleased with phase 1. This includes total renovation of front and back patios and walkways in beautiful flagstone. Couldn't be happier, delightful and respectful crew.

Eduardo and his team completed a renovation of our home that included a kitchen remodel, replacing all upstairs windows, replacement of exterior siding, painting of interior/exterior of house, replacing all interior doors, removing the existing porch and adding a new archway over the front door, redoing a downstairs 1/2 bath and laundry room, and replacing some flooring, among other things. The project was completed on time and within our budget, and we are so happy with how it turned out! This was the first time we've worked with a contractor so we were nervous, but we feel lucky to have found Eduardo as we didn't experience any delays, up-selling, or issues with communication. He was very responsive via text. His crew is hard-working and professional. His price was much more reasonable than other quotes we received. We are very happy with the work and the team. I made a few requests that did not make it into the final remodel (for example, we had discussed re-centering a window but this did not occur), but all in all we had a very good experience and would highly recommend Eduardo and his team.

I had a major renovation on my condo opening up kitchen and living room. Edwardo was awesome, from the start of my project he worked closely w me on my budget, he was always very responsive and helpful, and finished the project early, highly recommend him, couldn’t be happier!!

Eduardo remodeled our entire first floor to an open floor plan. He designed a gorgeous kitchen and upstairs bathroom with outstanding results. He is a contractor with the eye of an artist. We changed plans along the way and he advised us accordingly. He has an amazing team that works nonstop and are committed to quality. They are polite and respectful and attend to your requests dutifully. On a few occasions we'd have pizza together on their lunch break. They are a great team to work with. I could not be more please with the work the Cordeiro Construction did on my kitchen and first floor. We had all the hardwood floors replaced on the first floor and our kitchen redesign and completely remodel. Beautiful white shaker cabinets,grey quartzite counter top, shiplap wall, new sliding glass door, new powder room and all new trim throughout the first floor. Cordiero is -- without question -- the best contractor in the Delaware Valley. They completely renovated the house next to ours and our neighbor spoke so highly of their work that we knew they were the right choice to finish our basement. We later found out that they are courteous, shockingly responsive (given how difficult it is to speak to contractors), and surprisingly affordable!

I hired Cordeiro construction to remodel the main stair case in the foyer of my home. Eduardo was great , helping us decide on the new design, and offering advice on the best way to proceed and remain within our budget. When the team showed up, they worked quickly and efficiently. The project took 4 days to complete and each evening, the foyer was spotless when they left. The final result was beautiful and just what we wanted. I'm already thinking of the next project to tackle with this team!

The project took about 6 weeks in total and, like any project of this magnitude hit some small snags along the way. Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit.
