Cornelius Construction is a family owned and operated company led by Bill Cornelius. Bill Cornelius is a hands-on carpenter with a keen eye for detail. You can expect to see Bill on your jobsite working alongside his construction team. Bill is a licensed commercial and residential general contractor who specializes in luxury custom homes in Ruidoso, Alto and surrounding areas since 1980. Bill is an active member of the Lincoln Country Home Builders Association and has served on the board of LCHB for many years. Cornelius Construction has received many prestigious home builder awards including multiple Builder of the Year awards, Best Custom Home and Best Remodeled Project. Cornelius Construction homes have been featured in Ventanas and Spirit Magazines.

I've built several homes and can absolutely recommend Bill Cornelius as the best builder I have ever worked with. He is a hands on builder who is there working on the job every day with his crew. He pays attention to every detail and is truly a delight to work with. If you are building in the Ruidoso area, I would encourage you to use him!

Bill Cornelius is known as the "best builder" in Ruidoso, NM. We are lucky to have him as our contractor for our new home in Alto, NM. He is thorough, thoughtful, respectful and has a good team of employees which do an excellent job. He is known as one who will not cut corners to save money. He is creative and will also listen to our ideas which are sometimes good ideas and sometimes he says "no" when we can't do that. He has built the most beautiful homes in our area. You can tell his "touch" when you see it. You do not have the option of completion for 2015 which is when this project will be completed.
