We are very pleased with the results. Our HOA proved to be the largest delay in the project. He handled all of the paperwork, and was very communicative with us during this process. Once he received all the permits, he gave us a start date for the project. His crew was there on the start date, and was incredibly fast, efficient and clean. At every step of the project Joel and his crew made sure that what they were doing met our requirements. I cannot be happier. I will be using him again for future projects.

Joel put in a covered patio on the back of our home. He listened to our wish list and offered a professional opinion without being overbearing or timid. We were looking for a professional to guide us so we wouldn't have any regrets. Joel did just that. He was very patient when we kept asking him to come back out. We wanted assurance that it was going to look nice. He made suggestions as to why we might not like an idea we had considered. During the build process, he stopped by frequently to see how the project was coming along and after the project he was here doing the little things that his people either didn't do according to his specifications or he had planned to do himself. His pricing was within our budget whereas the others we had interviewed were far and beyond expectations.
