I met Dave at a local home show. I was impressed with his professionalism and overall knowledge of the construction business. As a result I hired him on a cost plus basis to make major renovations to my home. Scope of work included total refacing of the front of my home with stone and brick, construction of a large front porch, complete removal and reconstruction of the roof system including installation of new skylights, replaced front door and windows, installation of a concrete slab in rear for patio, landscaping in front including construction of a large stone retaining wall and 2 smaller retaining walls in rear and complete painting of entire structure. The project was completed in a timely manner and minor cost overruns were a result of owner initiated change orders. I couldn't be more happy with the final result. Dave and Janet were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what you would typically expect from a GC. They are professional, knowledgable, honest and attentive to every detail of a project. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
