My wife and I bought a house that was built in 1967. It appeared to be well taken care of, however after some time it became clear that the original owner cut corners on several things and relied a little too much on their ''handyman neighbor'' to help them with some of the ''upgrades'' they made to the home. Some of these things I was simply able to take care of myself with the help of my friends who work in various trades (electrician and plumber), however there were several issues that came to light with all the rain we had during winter of 2016/2017 that were too much for me to handle. I had a difficult time trying to coordinate getting everything fixed (water leaking through roof, water leaking between the fascia and the gutter, water getting through stucco due to the moisture barrier being compromised, window and sliding door leaks, poorly built skylight tunnel), and I also had a hard time getting anyone to even call me back. Fortunately for me 1 of the people who did call me back was Chris Beck. Chris came out, looked at all the issues I was having, and designed a plan with his partner Pat Gomez to fix all the problems. I cannot say enough about how happy my wife and I are with the work they did on our home.

My deck and patio were in dire need of replacement. We provided them with some concept pictures of what we were looking for and they handled everything from there. Everything turned out amazing and the deck and patio are beautiful. We have also worked with them doing some roof work and they were great there as well.

Chris and team were great to work with. They showed up on time , cleaned up each and every night, and talked through issues. They did so good on our home, that I had them renovate our office and rental property. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

We had our bathroom completely remodeled. (July 2019) We shopped around and got three estimates, we chose Craft Builders because of the recommendation from our friends and the knowledge and experience based on their references. We are very happy that we chose Craft Builders to complete our Bathroom remodel. All work was recorded in detail step by step in the contract and signed before the work began. We had a great experience working with Chris (Project Manager) and his team. They were very professional and thorough with attention to details. He gave us a very competitive price. We are very happy with the work and the craftsmanship was excellent and done well. The city permit was signed and approved 3 weeks after work was completed. The cleanup crew was very supportive and willing to go extra mile to make sure everything was all cleaned up. All work was completed within the schedule. It was very easy to get a hold of Chris Beck our project manager either by phone or text messages.

Craft Builders Construction was great! We had them do a number of things from recess lighting, crown molding, pendant light installation and backyard design/pergola. They were always on time, constantly working and very responsive to my ideas and/or changes. When you find a company that works hard and does quality work you use them over and over, which we have. Look forward to working on our next project.

We had been thinking about installing solar for quite some time. Chris was my point of contact. He was great! He was friendly, informative, and took his time explaining the differences between the panels. Chris and his team at Craft Builders Construction were great to work with through the entire project and all the phases of installation. Chris was very patient in explaining how the system would work and what would be the best configuration for my install. His pricing was excellent and he used top quality products. Chris took care of all the permits and the paperwork with PG&E so we didn’t have to worry about dealing with that! The project was done on schedule and the install was very clean. We had to replace our old main electrical panel box and he did that. We highly recommend anyone looking into solar to give this local company a call. (Actually our neighbor did and Chris and the Craft Builders Construction Team installed their system)
