My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Crane made my exterior paint and window waterproofing job in Livermore. Great communication, awesome service. Plus, they didn't mind me changing colors multiple times - they even applied samples for me on the stucco to choose from!

Crane construction did an amazing job with interior paint for my rental property in Berkeley. I had a duplex that I needed to be repainted for the upcoming tenet. They completed the task quickly and were super communicative. I appreciate also how they ensured we had some extra paint to the side in case we need touch ups in the coming years (some paints go out of stock). The owner was kind, patient, and gave a fair price. I will use this company moving forward for all my investment properties. Thank you Crane

Crane Construction did an amazing job with finishing our kitchen remodel. I felt so happy know I can trust a company to finish the work on time, help me design my kitchen, and offer continuous follow ups to ensure project was up to code/expectations. I really felt comfortable with the workers and they respected my space as I am still WFH since COVID. The owner of the company also brought different materials to choose from because I was hesitant on the countertops to choose! I appreciated that the team was patient with me. I was so happy with the kitchen that I am also going to start soon some outdoor projects before the winter comes! Thank YOU CRANE CONSTRUCTION!!

Crane installed new roof after hail storm. All materials were used as requested and the roofing crew managed by Juan all knew what they were doing I think I have a great roof-that will outlast me. Work was done in a timely manner and clean up was very good and Crane had no additional cost. Thanks to Andy. Also, new gutters and down spouts were installed and they look great.

Crane was able to start and complete our job in a very timely manner. We were in the midst of selling our home and had to finish a DIY project gone wrong. Because we were pressed for time, we had to make decisions about things they said had to be completed without really having time to verify or get second opinions. In the end, we were up sold on some things we may not have needed, but I still decided to give them 5 because of the way they worked (thanks Gilbert). The job was completed in the time we had allotted, which was a challenge, and I am grateful for that.
