Master Bathroom & Laundry Remodel We recently remodeled our Master Bathroom and Laundry room, converting the tub into a new modern walk-in shower and merging the old shower space to expand our laundry closet into an actual room. Create Construction was our partner in this endeavor and we are very happy with the results. From start to finish, the process was fairly smooth, professional, and the follow through exceeded our expectations. Yarin, our contractor, did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was evident, his insights and supplier recommendations were on point, and the quality of the finished product shows. Eduardo, the onsite project manager, was great. He ensured that everything was on track with the sub contractors and addressed any concerns we had along the way. He was punctual, respectful, and strived to keep the work area clean, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to Kim, the office manager, who made sure all the logistics were handled efficiently. She was quick to respond to our texts, coordinated the scheduling, and was happy to request tile samples. Overall, the team made the entire experience fairly stress-free, and we're thrilled with our new laundry room and shower. We highly recommend Create Construction if you're looking for quality, professionalism, and great customer service!

We just completed back to back bathroom renovations and had an amazing experience with Yarin and his Create Construction team. We could not be happier with the results. We wanted to keep original mid-century elements in the rooms but update with new surfaces, toilets, fixtures etc. Because of the retrofitting, we definitely faced some challenges and Yarin, Eduardo and their incredible team of artisan tilers, electricians and plumbers found wonderful solutions. Kim and Pauline were pleasures to work as well. The communication from Create was wonderful, with daily updates on the schedule. This was our first time working with a contractor and from my very first conversation with Yarin, I felt heard and really enjoyed collaborating with him. And they finished exactly when they said they would! I think we got great value for extremely fine work. Create will be my only call as we continue to do home updates. They are truly incredible!

We had an excellent experience working with Create Construction on our ADU. The biggest takeaways for us are the strong communication and the high quality of the work. From the very beginning of the planning process through final inspection, Yarin was thorough in all communication and very collaborative. He was always reachable when we had questions and spent a lot of time answering our questions, explaining processes, and problem solving with us. Any snags or delays in the process were clearly communicated so we understood what was going on with the project at all times. Yarin was also helpful with the decisions along the way, especially in terms of cost-saving. He would explain different options and how they would impact both the cost and the quality. We always felt like we had enough information to make decisions with confidence. And there were so many decisions to make! We're so happy with the work that Yarin and his team did. All of the people working on the project throughout the six months were respectful and it's clear that Yarin has a high standard of workmanship for his team. The space is beautiful and we're excited to show it off to our guests!

We hired Create Construction for a partial bathroom renovation (tile and install shower above tub, replace vanity). Ben Sviri was helpful and communicative throughout the process - we especially loved the google sheet with exactly what materials we needed to pick out. Ben’s team was reliable and efficient and Rutelio’s tile work is incredible! We’re very happy with our new bathroom and would hire Create Construction again.

Yarin and the Create Construction team made my life easy and painless during 2 full renovations! Create Construction stood out to me during contractor interviews because the owner, Yarin, made in-person appointments to walk me through the proposal and all my questions/concerns (he was the only one who did that). I told Yarin from the beginning that I valued communication and a reliable partner above all else and he delivered by being present and hands-on. I received texts nearly every day about what to expect (and this was consistent for 4 months) and he explained—in detail—change orders or issues that came up. He and his team worked tirelessly, especially the plumbers and tile guys who were meticulous in their deliverables. The bathrooms turned out absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. But more than anything, I found a supportive and honest contractor who I trust for all future renovations. Thanks Yarin and team!!!!

My expectations of our home remodel/addition have been exceeded with Create Construction! They presented a very detailed and organized plan for our project and completely stuck to the plan and have transformed our house into a beautiful home. They have a very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant supervisor who oversees the project. It was a bonus to have someone in your house every day who was respectful and attentive to every detail of the project. Also, whenever I had a question/concern, they were always available and always presented multiple solutions to solve whatever concern had popped up. And, lastly, they finished the project 1.5 months early! They quoted the project would take 6 months and we’re done in 4.5 months! I have heard many horrible stories from friends about their remodel issues which makes me so thankful to say our project went so smooth! Thank you Create Construction for a wonderful experience and for transforming our house into a beautiful home for my family!

I was lucky enough to contract Create Construction to remodel my main bathroom. I was impressed with the professional of Yarin who was always there for me with great ideas and patience with mine. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of work done by his team turned out an awesome bathroom who I will show off to family and friends, I know they will be jealous!!
