CRONISER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is one of the most respected residential building firms in the area, serving all of Dutchess County and surrounding counties for over four decades. Raymond Croniser established his building practice in 1970. Since that time, he had shown the industry how to create new opportunities in today's changing market-place. He was a community leader in providing affordable housing for young buyers, and had created an exciting formula for land development that continues to foster the entrepreneurial spirit. Rick Croniser took over the business in 1990 when Raymond passed away. He was a Vice-president and site supervisor prior to becoming the President. Meeting with customers, clearing land, placing footings, coordinating the subcontractors and closing were just part of doing business. When Raymond passed away he became responsible for all facets of the business. Ricky Croniser became vice-president in 2010. Ricky has proven his abilities as a Carpenter many times and specializes in finish carpentry. He is responsible for the home’s framing, woodworking, working with subcontractors and walk through punch listing. Location CRONISER CONSTRUCTION is located in Hopewell Junction. Our office houses our "color room," where we maintain and control the selection program of appliances, paint colors, trim, siding, tiles, carpeting and cabinets.
