BRUCE HAD A METAL ROOF INSTALLED ON OUR HOME AT EMERALD ISLE. HE GOT US LOWER PRICE THAN SOME OTHERS, HANDLED THE WHOLE JOB SO I DIDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. EXCELLENT WORK AND HE EVEN ANSWERS HIS PHONE UNLIKE SO MANY OTHERS.

We hired Bruce Rogers, Crystal Coast Construction Company, to complete a large screened porch on our new home. He and his team quickly removed the old railings carefully without damage. This allowed me to use the old railings later in another location. Bruce ordered a really nice screen system and reorganized the supports to provide a doorway. This was done properly with the correct engineering. Our project was completed on time at a reasonable price. I would call Crystal Coast Construction again for my next large project of to construct a new home.

Bruce is an excellent builder. He has wonderful ideas on how to improve on what you ask him to do. Our elevator addition at our residence was perfect. It and the front porch addition were done in 2012 and cost $50,000. He then remodeled a rental which was finished in 2015 and cost a little over $61,000. The work is done to perfection, the billing is meticulous and his workmen keep the site clean at all times. We recommend him without reservation.

Crystal Coast is great to work with! Very thorough and full of ideas and options to meet the project needs as well as budget. Always punctual with follow-ups as promised. They went above and beyond helping us recover from Hurricane Florence last year, as well as an earlier renovation several years ago.

Crystal coast Construction has done numerous projects at our beach house. I have found them to always finish on schedule and under budget. Bruce does not bid out low on projects and then have numerous add ons that make the original estimate a joke. He always prepares you for what is possible when he opens up a wall or ceiling. I appreciate being prepared rather that blown out of my shoes! The work is quality and done to code and the right way.

I hired CCC for a Major Home renovation and addition. I was very happy and thankful to have partnered with Bruce Rogers through this transformation. He worked hard to deliver exactly what we wanted. Crystal Coast Construction built two houses for me. One was a rental investment and the other a second home. Both were located at the beach. Building both homes with Crystal Coast Construction was a very positive experience for both me and my husband. Bruce Rogers who is the owner was professional, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When a problem arose, which is a normal and expected event when building a home, Bruce always had several solutions for it when he called to discuss the problem. If you had a question or a concern, you could call him and if he did not immediately answer the phone, he would return your phone call in a very timely manner. When he submitted a proposal to us, a budget was presented as well. During the building process, we received an update to the budget every month, detailing what had been spent so we were aware of where we were within our budget. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone building a home.

Excellent construction. Perfect estimate. Excellent subs who were honest. Finished project early. There is no one that I would let touch anything except Crystal Coast Construction. Bruce even comes back to chech on things.
