We hired Custom Refinements to do a complete renovation of a condo in Beaver Creek, including adding a large upstairs room and an additional bathroom in the living area. The timeframe was very tight to get it completed by ski season, but they got it done, in large part due to Ryan, the excellent project manager who gave it 110% to keep all the subs on track and worked creatively to overcome challenges. The owner, Brad, was reasonable and fair and worked well with me when issues arose, as they always do throughout a multi-month full condo renovation/gut-job. I would definitively hire this company again for my next renovation.

Custom Refinements took charge of our Beaver Creek, Colorado home renovation. The exacting work done by their dedicated team ended with gorgeous results. With perseverance and know-how, the Custom Refinements team was able to rework the complete floor plan, including the challenging relocation of the plumbing and electrical connections for a washer and dryer, and the construction of a floor to ceiling steel fireplace wall in the living room. In addition to a significant amount of new plumbing, electrical and drywall smoothing, the project scope included a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new millwork and carpentry, new wood flooring and a stair rail redesign. As in most construction projects, a few conflicts developed including the untimely departure of their kitchen subcontractor, and professional difficulties with their metal work subcontractor. Even with these bumps in the road, our foreman, Aaron Miller, was always there for us with a professional attitude and reliable competence. Custom Refinements owner and chief GC, Brad Halsey, has been responsive to our needs and quick to respond with answers to our questions. They were accessible, reliable and kept us informed of the progress. I enjoyed working with their entire team and would definitely hire them again should I have the opportunity.

A kitchen and bath remodel on our townhome grew into a whole house re- do. The house ended up going down to the interior "studs" -- changing ceiling heights, installing heated stone floors, all new doors and trim, re- design of master bedroom/ bathroom and a whole new kitchen to single out a few items we did. We welcomed their creative approach and interesting design ideas throughout the process. The team at Custom Refinements were always accessible and responded quickly to any question/ issue. We've enjoyed working with them so much we started a second project with them !

Custom Refinements remodeled our master bathroom and did a beautiful job. We had a new tile heated floor put in and a soaker tub, new counter tops, under mount sinks, retiled the shower and added a rain shower head, new toilet, reglazed the original cabinets added new lighting and mirrors and painted the room. Everyone involved was very professional and neat and very respectful of our home. The work was done in the time frame promised. They were very reliable and showed up on time and worked hard keeping us informed of the progress. I would highly recommend them for any project for your home.

I hired this company to complete some new construction, and some renovation on an existing house. We added on to our home in Colorado, which included a new guest suite, bathroom and bunk room over our garage. We also updated our kitchen and bathrooms, repainted, etc.

Our project involved the complete remodel and redesign of three bathrooms, the enlargement of the master bedroom closet incorporating a utility and coat closet, enhancements to two other bedroom closets, re-fabrication of the fireplace with natural stones, re-fabrication of TV nook and wine storage, new carpet, paint, and revarnishing all of the wood surfaces throughout. The entire team was very professional, respectful and resourceful from start to finish. Very "can do" attitude with any last minute changes we requested. The project came in on time and within budget and we couldn't be more pleased with the result! We offer our appreciation and highest recommendation.

Custom Refinements obeyed the numerous condo building rules perfectly, and kept the space as clean as possible throughout the project. The crew were very pleasant people to have in one's home, and the workmanship was very good. There were numerous punch lists at the end, and Custom Refinements took care of everything we asked for in a courteous and prompt manner. Hired custom refinements twice in the last year. First project was air conditioning and second was a full deck replacement, new built in grill and replacement of hot tub. Company was extremely professional. They completed all assignments within budget. They took care of all permit requirements. They communicated status of projects on a regular basis.
