Working with Henry Dalm was a very positive experience. We built a family cottage complete with a separate two bedroom "bunkie". Henry's attention to detail is amazing and his willingness to work with us to achieve our vision was truly appreciated. His team of tradesmen were outstanding with each bringing such professionalism to their individual crafts. The result, for us, was beyond expectation. We have exactly the summer home we dreamed of. Would like to build again with Henry!

Henry Dalm has been very patient working with us and our many changes on our new home design. He has a great eye for design and adding wonderful features and details as well as making efficient use of all space. He came up with many new ideas and can see what will work or won't work for a building project. We are extremely happy with our customized, detailed house plans and found Henry extremely professional to work with. This is the second time we have used his company. Highly recommend.

Attention to detail in every respect. All trades were strictly supervised by Dalm. Every concern was swiftly dealt with and a superior product was delivered. Dalm homes cost a bit more but worth every penny!

Henry Dalm renovated our whole main floor. His high standard for workmanship and attention to detail allowed us to leave everything up to him once we told him what we wanted. When we added things or changed some things as we went along he was able to accommodate us. His workmen were all very skilled, professional and respectful. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and vacuumed, which allowed us to stay in the house during the process and kept the dust and mess to a minimum in the rest of the house. I highly recommend this company. You may pay a bit more but I believe you get what you pay for.

Henry Dalm has done several large renovations for us. All of the projects were completed within the time frame provided and all of the construction was handled to the last detail by Henry. He is know to be meticulous with a great eye for detail. No mistake, large or small is allowed in his finished projects. We have been very pleased with the work completed by him.
