My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

As a real estate agent, I've referred Pete and his crew to many of my clients over the years and the work is always superb, with the service drive approach being professional and timely. Daluca does a really fine job - their approach to detail is evident in the final product. No shortcuts taken. Ever. Craftsmanship is top level. That said, they will work with my clients' budgets, too. While the material and scope of the overall project is customizable to the individual client's budgetary requirements, Daluca's approach is always the same. Whether it's a full-on gut rehab or a two-day project installing small hardscape, they treat my clients all the same. This makes me very comfortable referring them out to anyone who needs professional construction help. I've used them at my home for a small backyard project, and in time, they'll be renovating my kitchen and finished basement.

I give Daluca my highest recommendation. I used them to remodel my master bathroom and could not be happier with the result. What stood out to me was much they cared about my complete satisfaction. After the job was done I noticed the smallest imperfection in a section of the tile grout, which most people would not even notice, and when I told them they were out the next day to correct it. Most contractors would take months to come back or never bother after they were paid. As a Realtor I have since referred Daluca 3 times to clients and I am glad I did because everyone was very happy with them. This why I confidently give Daluca my highest recommendation.
