David is a top notch professional contractor. I had a two bedroom apartment flood with several inches of rainwater, and David did a total renovation. He was able to start quickly and finished the whole job in under two months in perfect condition and under budget. Very easy to work with and a good communicator. The job was tough because it involved coordinating with other tenants in the building to make sure their services weren’t cut off any more than necessary, and he handled that very well too.

Modest but rush job, which made it even more impressive to me that Dave and his team jumped on it and were responsive every step of the way. Honestly, one of the best interactions I've had with area contractors in the years I've been here. Quality work, reasonable pricing, stayed within budget. I'd recommend and would hire them again myself.

David and his team were great for our house renovation. We set up the project prior to our closing and they started work 2 days later. The project was on time and came out fantastic. We did a full gut of our kitchen and removed a wall to open the floor-plan. David was able to reuse the existing cabinets and we built an island that matched them. He was great adjusting to changes in the plan.

After purchasing my home recently, I needed the main beam in my basement replaced and supports on my back deck repaired. Being new to the area, I was unsure of who to hire but after reading many reviews and getting several estimates, I was very happy to have gone with David. He was great to work with from the initial estimate through the completion of the project. His team, led by Louie, was fantastic. They worked fast and performed quality work and were also very communicative through the entire process. His pricing was very fair and he communicated with me any additional costs that arose during the project, which were very minimal. The crew was even able to perform an additional repair on my house next day after after a delivery truck knocked cabling off my house. I would highly recommend David and plan to use him and his team again in the future.
