Beyond-meticulous, ultra high quality design (including 3D digital renderings) and construction work. David *listens,* understands clients’ needs/wants/style, and delivers consistently time and time again. With a keen eye for detail, David executes flawlessly. His superior level of quality-driven and ethics-driven work is hard to find. His common sense is refreshing, and his construction/mechanical skills are phenomenal. And his punctuality, communication skills, and organizational skills are second to none. We always knew who was coming to our home, when they’d arrive, and when they’d leave. Before construction, David always provided a Gant chart with start/end dates of different phases, e.g., plumbing, electrical, etc along with corresponding balances due. No surprises ever. (I hate surprises.) Whenever we told friends we were having our house remodeled, we *always* heard awful stories of other contractors.... Seriously, such awful stories were totally foreign to us. Friends told me about all the dust they had during construction. Again, totally foreign concept. David vacuumed daily before he left the site. For each phase, he meticulously put up plastic to ensure dust wouldn’t get into other parts of the house — even though the plastic barriers could be inconvenient for him. Super easy going and helpful: For example, when hubby and I had no clue what tile to choose for our bathroom, David found the perfect tile for the vibe we wanted. When we didn’t have time to deal with countertop choices, he found the perfect countertop. He did this time and time again for us. He has a great sense of style and a great eye. David put extensive time and effort in researching options and in getting HVAC engineers into our home to determine the optimal HVAC route for us. All of his time/effort paid off for us, as our PGE bill actually significantly plummeted, with the work he spearheaded. He’s saved us thousands & thousands of dollars and we’ve never been more comfortable in our home. David’s all about the client, and he aims to please with the highest quality product. He always goes above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased. He’s a very rare breed in this day and age. Our home was originally built by the meticulous Russell Grove, and we’d never trust anyone but David who’s equally meticulous to make any changes to this fabulous home.
