Nick and Delmar Company did a fantastic job for us. After experiencing a severe water leak,causing a huge black mold issue with one of our condos, some of our dining room furniture, partial drywall/insulation & carpet in about half of the condo, as well as all the lower kitchen cabinets, were ruined. Nick was referred to us by a friend with another company. After meeting with Nick, we were convinced his company was the one we wanted to do work. He worked up a timeline for each step of the project and gave it to us so we could follow along as each detail was completed. The price was right, in fact, less than we expected. We had Del Mar do a variety of work for us. They built an extension containing a great room and loft. they also remodelled our kitchen and updated a bathroom. They had our whole house painted and built a deck and fence in the back yard. Nick was great to work with, always keeping us informed of each stage of the project. My wife and I purchased a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in July 2011. We hired Nick with Del Mar to do a complete renovation. It is easier to say want we did not change, which was the sliding doors and the air conditioner. The condo was completely gutted and walls were even removed. We also had a short time frame to have the renovations completed as there were tenants coming in November, which left us about 3 months to have the work completed. Nick said he could have it done and he did. The job was outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. Nick was easy to work with and did an excellent job. The project was completed within budget.
