Dave, the owner of DeLeon Custom Homes, did a great from start to finish. He met with us, understood our needs, provided a fair and competitive bid and demonstrated his skills over and over on many aspects of our custom remodel. Best of all - after all the work our family became friends with his and we still enjoy getting together.

Dave Riel had worked with our son-in-law on a project in Seattle. We met with him and discussed our dream of building a home near Lake Chelan, WA. Dave was starting his own business over there, so our two goals coincided........and LUCKY for us! Dave is a very talented tradesman and knows how his subcontractors should perform. He has a good eye for detail and design/construction options. His costs for change orders were always on target -there were NO SURPRISES. Oversighting construction long distance is nerve wracking enough, but with Dave, there was never a question of integrity. Most of all, he is extremely honest - we could have just handed him our checkbook. He is generous with his knowledge and offered many suggestions as we finished off certain parts of the build. Dave Riel is a Grrrrrreat Professional ! And he has a wacky sense of humor : )

DeLeon Custom Homes LLC does excellent work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for new construction or remodeling. David is easy to get along with and his estimates are usually pretty accurate.

DeLeon Custom Homes has done several projects for me. I have been thrilled with all of them....workmanship was great AND they were done in the time frame agreed upon. The price of each of these projects was very fair. The owner, Dave Riel, was a great person to work with!
