DEWSON GROUP LLC

Mr. Reuven Pitschadza of Dewson group received over $25,000 from my family between January 7th 2021 and February 19th 2021. There were massive delays in all aspects of our kitchen. Mr. Reuven Pitschadza and Dewson group did not pay the vendors for the manufacture of our cabinets and countertops, or workers to perform the work among other things. We were lied to continuously. Our kitchen window was delayed not once but twice due to incorrect measurements and then because they ordered the wrong window. We were left with plastic sheeting as a window for weeks. We ordered plywood kitchen cabinets in January 2021 that were never made because they did not pay the cabinet company until May. We were told they were being built or were waiting on parts when we asked. In reality Reuven Pitschadza of Dewson group had never paid for them. It wasn't until my wife and I wanted answers for the long delays, started asking questions, and putting pressure that the truth came to light. In the end we ended up with melamine cabinets which we never agreed to. In early February we were told by Mr. Reuven Pitschadza that he needed an additional $5675 to support our floors in the crawlspace under our home. I have since looked in the crawlspace and see no such proper supports installed and we were told this was completed. It has taken over over three and a half months and still was never actually completed. We have to complete it ourselves because we could no longer deal with Mr. Reuven Pitschadza and Dewson group's incompetency. We had to send multiple emails during the course of the project, wrote our own finalized deadline contract and gave it to Reuven, and even a demand letter in April, 2021 to which there was no reply. The Dewson group nor Reuven Pitschadza can be trusted. Mr. Reuven Pitschadza did a large amount of this work himself and performed it poorly. All because he didn't have our money we paid him or he didn't want to pay a skilled person to perform this work, The quality of Dewson group LLC and or Reuven Pitschadza's work, their punctuality and their craftsmanship all are extremely poor. I've attached only a few of our pictures. the one with the cabinet shelf shows how we received the shelf after the cabinet had been built and installed. These all had to be repaired, corrected or redone by us, the home owners. I would most definitely not recommend Dewson group LLC and would give no stars if that were available. BUYERS BEWARE. When you deciding to hire a construction company you need to stop and check dewson group. We had idea to renovate our home and make addition we did contacted to many companies and we stopped with dewson group. the owner Reuven and his team are very professional and easy working with them from the design stage, Reuven, Lizz, Larry, Natalie. After many ideas and many 3D rendering we decided to demolish our home and build a new home, the project was started in April 2020 and we just finished our project in February. dewson group made it so easy they having a system and you can review edit thru this system and there is also pictures daily bases, also you can see how works on your project. pricing and performance was 100% we will highly recommend on dewson group as a design build company you will not regrat for a second

We had dewson group making a full renovation in 2018 for my in lows in Miami, after checking how they finished the project for my in lows i was amazed, me & my wife had a plan to demolish our old house and build a new home instead buying a ready house from a builder, we called to 3 companies and dewson group came also, other companies made some sketches on 2D, dewson group made 3D rendering and I've been in amazed again. after reviewing other companies and dewson group along with them we decided to hire dewson group for our project. here is small example how they work. 1: 3D rendering showing the details for our new home. 2: 2D drawings ( they called that architectural drawings) after we did approve the 3D render. 3: Project specs-form this item give us client option to choose what materials the company using for our construction and what we can choose, here is example on the roofing section ( roof finishing) barrel tiles, s tiles, double roof, flat concrete tile, cedar shakes, metal roof standing seam ,corrugated/ crimped,flat roof, built up, TPO. this is very detailed information that helped me and my wife what route will choose on. 4: Construction estimate only after choosing all materials for our project. 5: After we agree on all the details me and my wife we had a contract (construction contract). 6: Construction payment schedule with payment for each trade divided to 4 payments. 7: Construction price with contingency if we will upgrade anything. 8: Construction time line start to finish with extra time up to 60 days. 9: And yes they used sub contractors for this project. 10: Project manager on site. 11:Dewson group having application that we can view our project every second and see pictures from our construction site materials delivery and more, very handy tool for home owners like us. Dewson group highly recommended they are pro's and know construction.

Dewson group are pros in construction we had a new construction project, with 2D drawings they converted it some how to 3D, we made adjustments after we so the 3D renderings me and my wife we had a modern home that we built was amazing working with Dewson group. the construction time line was fast the inspection past no problems highly recommend working with dewson group. My name is Malik Farfan, me and my wife so now dewson group built for our neighbor a new house in my old neighborhood and we decided to make a call and invite them to provide us estimate for our new home that we want to build. After I did send them my drawings from our architect dewson group gave us the quote in 2 days, I was amazed I did contact other construction companies and they had my drawings for 3 weeks they didn't send us a quote. I made a phone call to Reuven the owner was asking him how you guys making so fast the estimate and he did explain. We got our estimate with construction cost per item per Square feet and labor cost and companies profit, dewson group didn't hide they showed us they profit the owner Reuven saying customer need to know everything ( Materials Cost, Labor Cost, And companies profit). Dewson group did provide a construction designer, his name is Kirill this guy has an awesome experience when you hire dewson group i do recommend to ask about Kirill for the interior design. In general they on top of everything from the owner to our project manager, dewson group was guiding us all the way from the beggenging, thank you Reuven for everthing. i will always recommend you guys.

Dewson group LLC Built our home perfectly and on time. The Owner Reuven is a professional in the construction industry his knowledge is amazing, we had our architectural drawings from our architect, he made changes to our construction specs with the right way to build our house. From foundation to finishing, they provided a designer that helped us to choose finishing materials as tiles toilet paint color vanity's appliances, and more. Dewson Group Has A different approach to clients, we had a project manager we had a system that we login we been flowings up with pictures with the construction timeline materials orders and more. WE ARE VERY HAPPY THAT WE CHOOSE TO HIRE DEWSON GROUP LLC.

We hire Dewson Group LLC for our new construction project we had 3 bids in total from 3 different contractors, we choose to sign contract with dewson group, Reuven the owner has a amazing team, the project manager the super indented Ivan And Max been on top of everything. the project was started in December 2019. the project was accomplished in October. Dewson group are amazing we will use them for more projects for sure they knowing the construction industry the the finishing are amazing, communication are perfect, and as you know the construction industry is hard in Florida, the time line for the construction was on time. Dewson Group LLC was the favorites for my commercial renovation against any contractor that showed up and gave us estimate for our project, we had a big and complex project renovating our commercial plaza interior and exterior. Dewson Group LLC, Reuven the owner was amazing with his knowledge about the renovation process and time line for each step, we had architectural drawings for our renovation, the estimate was done with construction break down per item. Only professional company can provide it, the construction was 14 months we started in Feb 2019, the renovation was done on time, at June 7 2020 was completed. Reuven and John from Dewson Group LLC are simply incredible. After leasing a new building, we needed to rebuild the entire interior space to accommodate our needs. We interviewed over five different contractors, all of which said what we needed could not be done, or were prohibitively expensive. We finally found Reuven From Dewson Group LLC . Reuven And John met with us, within ten minutes completely understood the concept we were shooting for and was able to get us an estimate for the entire build out within two days. As with any construction project, changes occur. Reuven has explained each change we have requested, addressed our concerns and gave us options on how best to proceed, keeping in mind our budget. The team at John Bell is incredibly professional and the work has been top notch. Unlike with most contractors, whom you feel are running you around, the team at Dewson Group LLC answers questions in a direct, almost clinical manner, and find a way to solve the issue. We cannot thank them enough.

Dewson group & the owner is the most professional and honorable contractor and man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His entire staff is courteous and prompt. Incredible Renovations has built a bay home for me, remodeled my current home with all new floors and bathroom, and has remodeled a business office I was in. I have used them in new construction, and home and office remodeling. I highly recommend his expertise and team to make your dreams reality. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone considering work on their home.

today reviews are very important factor to any business, before we decided to hire anyone we had a long conversation and a big description of what we need for our future house, we drove by in coconut grove we saw a big sign dewson group with big letters Building Trust with Quality Work. we called and we was asking if we can go inside the project and look how dewson group building a new house, we spoke to Reuven the owner, he made a fast phone call and Austin showed up with yellow vest and construction hamlets, this is the reason that we hire dewson group for our project, small details worth more then anything. thank you again Reuven Austin martin josh. Excellent, I have used Dewson Group in the past and would definitely use them again in the future. Owner Reuven and Austin the designer as well as their staff provided an exceptional experience from design to completion of work. They are always professional, courteous, and pay particular attention to detail. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved.
