Hired Tom to do some bathroom/flooring work and finish my basement. Tom and his specialists came in and blew away all of my expectations. He was extremely reasonably priced, he went above and beyond to fix items not originally even on our contract, and he took absolutely all of the stress out of a very major renovation. Cannot recommend him more, as he is turnkey when it comes to project managing renovations. I, along with other family members have used him, and could give him the keys and "forget about it" as he would ensure everything was completed to perfection. He will never leave a customer dissatisfied, and his integrity and his overall desire to "make things perfect" even when I was being extremely nitpicky on certain minutia details is what I appreciated the most. Dillon Contracting came in under budget and completed our work on schedule. Once construction began, Tom Dillon was easy to reach, and quickly answered our questions. In addition, his employees were respectful of our residence, and cleaned up the work area daily. We were very pleased with his and his employee’s performance. In fact, we contacted Dillon Contracting for more projects. Last year Dillon Contracting installed new flooring in three rooms. And we currently contacted them to install new countertops in our kitchen. We were very happy with the outcome of our projects and would highly recommend Dillon Contracting to anyone considering any type of construction.
