My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ervin and Adriana Discua, owners and proprietors, bring over 15 years of experience to our family owned and operated business. Whether it's a design build, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel or addition, your project will be characterized by its exceptional attributes and functional design. Our company goal is to build a quality product, on time, on budget and deliver to our clients a pleasurable space design. DISCELI Construction is committed to bring our full team of employees and set subcontractors to approach in all phases of the design process. We professionally manage and execute all aspects of the most demanding and detail-orientated construction projects, large or small. Our focus is on building architecturally distinct, eco-conscience projects of exceptional quality. We love working with Disceli and proudly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a contractor that delivers high quality work with top notch customer service. We have used them repeatedly across multiple homes and have always had a wonderful planning, execution, and post-construction experience. The dynamo team of Adriana and Ervin are super friendly, helpful, and patient with you as you navigate all the planned and unplanned decisions that inevitably come with a remodel, such that you feel very supported every step of the way. Good contractors are hard to find, so do yourself a favor and reach out to Disceli.

We got information of Disceli from real estate agent for our home that needed some work in replacing ducking and insulation. Adriana was very quick and helpful in getting the initial queries answered and setting up the appointment. The quote was detailed for each task and subtask that we were considering. Initial appointment went well with Ervin, he was on time and friendly to work with. He was able to finish the work on time in given budget as given in quote. Additionally, he helped in fixing a leak found! Overall we are very satisfied with the work and would hire Disceli again. Only thing that I can suggest as improvement is to get detailed bill of summary just like the initial quote after finishing the job.

Disceli Construction installed Hardie Siding Panels to the exterior of our home. Ervin takes pride and joy in his work and has a great team that supports that. They show up on time, work hard, are mindful of your space and produce quality work. It was appreciated that they didn't destroy my plants and left the job site clean. I welcomed the suggestions that were made (and taken) to have this project turn out its best. If you are looking for a company with integrity, quality work, and that you can trust....you've found what you are looking for!

I can't say enough good things about Ervin and Adrianna. Their happy/can-do attitude is refreshing to find in a contractor. I first met Ervin 7 years ago when he worked for another contractor (who was terrible, who after I fired, I contacted and worked directly with Ervin). Since then, he did an amazing remodel on my backyard, loggia and outdoor kitchen, travertine patio and landscaping. Being in real estate, I have confidently and successfully recommended him to numerous clients, neighbors and friends. He shows up on time, keeps a clean job site and always works with a smile on his face. Lastly, his prices have always been fair and reasonable. Oh, and if there was a problem, he always came back and made it right. So rare to find people, let alone a contractor of this character.
