Both Tom, the project manager and Julian our contractor were fabulous! They went above and beyond, exceeding expectations in every way. We had some unexpected changes to the project, of course, but they helped figure out solutions and accommodated us very easily. The quality of work was exceptional- and they ensured everything was done to our specifications and satisfaction. We will use DL construction again!

Tom with DL Construction is an up front guy that treats you like family and wants the best for you. He is always available to talk about all aspects of the project. He listened to our ideas and/or concerns and spoke to us about the positives and negatives with regard to cost or schedule implications. Tom would also provide alternate ideas which made the project more personal to us. We highly recommend working with him!!

DL Construction exceeded my expectations on how quickly and reasonably things could be done. Even though our project grew in scope it was managed professionally and when challenges arose, as they always will, they were met with solutions that left us feeling good with how they were handled. Not to mention, communication was great during the whole process which makes it much easier to keep your project on track! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
