My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Building our own house in the middle of the pandemic, we experienced some tough losses waiting for our forever home. At the end of the whole process, we decided, why not create a company that is the exact opposite of what we experienced? One that will give home remodeling a completely different look. In 2022, DLP Contracting was born. For the past year, DLP Contracting has continued to bless those in New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos and the surrounding areas. While we love getting our hands dirty and seeing the end result just as much as our customers, we also love being able to be there every step of the way and show as much support as we can. We used David and DLP Contracting to add a 1200 sqft Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Closet on to our house as well as remodel an existing bathroom and add a larger closet to an existing bedroom, and we couldn't be happier. DLP Contracting is trustworthy, consistent, conscientious and quality. David is honest and transparent, and his communication is superior, taking time to sooth my nerves and answer any questions or concerns that arose during this large project. I would highly recommend DLP Contracting and will continue to use them for my ongoing projects.

My HOA recommended DLP, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule around Christmastime. The owner showed up, gave me a quote and delivered top notch quality service very soon after. The work was very professional as were the crews he sent out on the two different phases of the project. Excellent experience - far superior to any of the other home repairs I have had over the past 20+ years on my home.

I would give more stars if I could, these guys are great. This is our second time to use DLP on a major project and like before they did not disappoint. The crew is clean and orderly. They stay on top of top and pay close attention to details. They honestly are the best at what they do.

David’s company came to our rescue when an unethical company took our deposit then “ghosted” us. The crew rebuilt our retaining wall quickly and in very hot weather. We hired DLP again to address multiple projects in and outside our home. We were extremely pleased with the work. We look forward to hiring DLP for our next project. I highly recommend DLP for home construction projects.
