DLR Construction LCC is the greatest crew of contractors. David and his team couldn't be more professional, efficient, and hard-working, and they are the nicest folks ever! They remodeled both of my bathrooms way faster than I ever expected and did flawless work on both of them. David's designs were much better than what I could come up with, and I couldn't dream of bathrooms that would more perfectly fit my needs. Do yourself a favor and hire them if you need a contractor!

I can’t say enough about how great DLR Construction was to work with on our bathroom and home remodeling projects. David and his team were on point for every detail and went above and beyond to make our remodel a success. David’s experience and knowledge of design made our bathrooms even more fantastic than we could have imagined. DLR’s workmanship is excellent and they do everything correctly the first time. I would not hesitate to call DLR for future projects, and I would recommend his services to family, friends and anyone looking for a quality experience and amazing results.

David's team is experienced and professional. I did a full kitchen and two bath remodel at my house in Incline Village for ~$90k and it took 3 months, although some of that was waiting for tile order to come in. David has good ideas and has a keen eye for design. He is also REALLY good at plumbing and electrical. He was also very good with communication, which is SO important, especially when I'm not there every day to check in personally. I did have to micromanage his tile guy a bit, but that's probably more a function of my perfectionism. DLR Construction did a great job, I am very happy with the way it turned out. I would use DLR again.

They did a great job and would highly recommend them. So good had them work on another room project. Showed up on time and answered all my questions.

David and his crew did a full kitchen and half bath remodel for us. I was able to give an idea to him of what I wanted And he presented me with plans that I was Pleased with along with the price. I thought David was reasonable for what I wanted as I did shop around. From demo to completion, David and his crew gave us exceptional service. He went out of his way for us! I would Hire this company back in a heart beat for any of my home remodeling needs. He made my ugly outdated kitchen, a dream for me!! I love Love my kitchen and I want to thank David and his crew for everything!

David Rivera was the General Contractor for our complete kitchen remodel, but he did much of the work himself and was present for nearly all the work. He and his team did a great job and the kitchen looks fabulous, as the before and after pictures show. He was also easy to work with and talk to as we had numerous small (and big) decisions to make as the remodel progressed. As we developed plans for the new kitchen David came by several times and made a number of excellent suggestions which helped us decide on a final overall plan. His team also did a good job of cleaning up each day after they worked which we greatly appreciated since we were living in the home as the work was done. At the end of the job his team did an excellent clean-up of the work area and left it spotless. I would recommend David to anyone, and plan to use him again myself with future work that we may need to get done.

My home had a small kitchen and laundry room. I had no storage space, counter space and it was dimly lit with no natural light. After initial consultation and design ideas with David, we began the transformation of my kitchen. David and team worked tirelessly and professionally to create a large beautiful kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances, lighting and floor. I now have abundant natural light coming in my new windows, from my dining area and new recessed lighting. His work is exceptional and of high quality. All his team members were a pleasure to work with and very skilled. I couldn't have had a better contractor to complete my project! Thank you DLR Construction!!!

David was highly recommended to us by our interior designer and we couldn't be more happy with the quality and professionalism displayed by David and his crew. We completely remodeled the interior of our home in the Montreux Country Club over 2 years and DLR did everything including stoning our fireplace, redoing our entertainment center, totally gutting and redoing our guest bathroom, and completely replacing all of our appliances in the kitchen. And one other thing...he keeps costs to a minimum as opposed to other contractors that do work inside Montreux.

David and his team came to our home and gave us some great ideas on our kitchen remodel. He was quick and very easy to work with. He helped cut costs and made us feel that we were important and worthy of his time. His crews workmanship was exceptional! They are real pros. They took on small tasks as well during the process. I plan on calling them for future projects.

We have benefited from Davi'd services for many projects in our condominium. David has always been prompt, through, skilled, deferential, and courteous whenever he has worked with us. He shows great attention to detail, and sets the standards for his work very high. His pricing is fair, and he always goes that one extra step to ensure that a project is done to both his and our satisfaction.

David and his team completed a project that took 4 months and each day they arrived in time, left the home clean, did not disrupt, and were professional in every way. The project came in on budget and the quality of workmanship is excellent. We're planning on two more projects and will have David do the work.
