We recently hired DMI Construction to do a full remodel on our master bathroom. Danny is very detailed, meticulous, prompt, & organized, which is exactly what you want for a general contractor. His quote explained exactly what he would be responsible for, and what items we would purchase. His communication to us on status & job update was daily. He estimated 5 weeks to complete. He & his crew have a lot of experience in all construction trades (demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall/stucco, painting, tile, & carpentry.) The quality of their work is excellent. I felt like Danny was doing this remodel for his master bathroom! During the construction, his crew was able to relocate electrical wiring & plumbing water lines with ease. Any drywall openings were then nicely patched, so no unsightly walls. We are very pleased with the remodel. The remodel stayed on budget and was completed early. Mission accomplished DMI Construction!

I have worked with Danny for many years. He is very experienced working with the city inspectors and obtaining permits. He has always been on time and if delays and issues come up he clearly communicates them. He stays on budget and seems to be able to manage jobs without using another clients cash flow. The crews he brings are professional, respectful and skilled. He is prompt and is good for his word. I would recommend working with DMI.
